Tout est parfait à ce restaurant. Le service, l'ambiance, le personnel & que dire de la bouffe ! Une expérience gastronomique à chaque fois avec le menu qui change au gré des saisons. C'est maintenant un rendez-vous minimum 2 fois par année. Excellent !

Excellent comme toujours, pris la bavette de wagyu & le nid d'autruche. Cuisson parfaite. Seul petit bémol, le beurre pour tartiner le pain est dur comme de la roche. Il devrait le servir temperature pièce.
