Nous avons vécu une magnifique première expérience à ce restaurant hier soir. D'emblée Nous avons été séduit par le menu d'automne puis comme tout nous tentait nous avons opter pour le menu degustation. Du service courtois à l'ambiance en passant par le soin apporté à la présentation des plats, tout y était. Nous y retournerons assurément! Bonus pour la formule apportez votre vin. La seule micro recommandation serait d'inclure une portion une généreuse de légumes. Coté Saveur, agencement des arômes & texture 5* !

Tres bonne qualité mais avec le special 4 service a $65, les quantités étaient vraiment minimes. L enrée de tartare contenait 1/2 cuillere a thé de tartare.... ce n'est pas un Service selon moi.

Bouchée dumpling de soupe à l’oignon & accras excellents. Par contre 3 personnes sur 4 avons pris le cerf & très déçus de notre assiette. J’ai demandé quel était la cuisson & le serveur nous a dit que ce serait saignant afin de savourer la viande, c’est ce que le chef recommande. C’est en plein ce qu’on voulait. Finalement nous avons reçus nos assiettes avec du cerf médium rosé. Le chef a manqué son coup…. Très déçu. Ne prenez pas le cerf.
