We ate here as we were staying in the hotel & had been travelling all day. We arrived early (5;30 ish)& were able to get a table, but it filled up quickly so a reservation is probably a good idea.
The waiter did a nice job serving us in English & provided a detailed description of the cordon blue for my husband. He enjoyed the dish & it was well presented & tasty.
Quite enjoyed our dinner, would return.
I feel like I died & went to heaven!! Upon entering, I knew this was going to be a dining experience like no other!! The ambience & decor was tasteful, modern, beautifully decorated & very elegant! I love the turquoise wall & the gold finishes!
The menu was extensive, I would have picked everything on the menu (as they all sounded delicious)!!
We started off with cocktails, which were garnished & presented so beautifully!!
We had the Scallops ceviche, the burrata & the beef tartare...OMG!!! Soooo pleasing to the eye, & palate; delicious!!
My main was the fresh pasta with duck confit (first time having duck confit)...I was in food HEAVEN!!! So savoury, so delicious, so creamy, the pasta was fresh & cooked to al dente; the peas were sweet & the cream was flavored beautifully!! so tasty, so yummy!!
The service was impeccable; very attentive, & efficient! This dinner was an absolute pleasure! I just wish I could go there every night (however, I had to come back to Toronto! :(

Excellent restaurant! Food & service were top notch! I enjoyed the burger : multiple layers of flavours & perfect size! The appetizers were tasty! I recommend the gnocchi as well!
Very tasty food & good decent portions. Drinks were really good too. Although overall I'd say everything was just a tiny bit pricey from my perspective. Overall ambiance was very nice as well & the Staff that night (3 gentlemen & a lady) really does a very good job of paying attention to you & beind very professional while remaining pleasant & friendly! Special mention to Maya who served us. I would say it's almost the perfect balance of quality for the price. I really hope they don't get greedy on pricing or shrinkflation. I really recommend Le Carré for any food aficionado out there.
Le Carré is a fine place to get a nice dinner if you're around. Service in English was great, & all around I felt very attended to. Staff were professional & knew what they were talking about. The food was good, though some plates were a little dated. I think the chef needs to relax on the microgreens on the next menu overhaul, they were on every dish we had (even the lemon pie dessert!). We ordered the charred broccoli as an appetizer, which was very tasty, though the broccoli could use a little time in a steamer perhaps as they were a touch hard. Flavours on the plate were very good, well thought out. Probably a 3.5/5 (mainly due to the micros, & only getting 2 pieces of grilled peach [one of which still had a piece of pit on!]) I had the grilled octopus as my main, & it was wonderful. The octopus literally melted in my mouth. The corn salad was very good as well, but I feel the chorizo could have been incorporated into the dish better, it provided & excellent salty/spicy component to the dish, but the grilled bias cut seems a little out of place considering the general „fanciness" of the place. 4.5/5 My wife got the gnocchi (she's vegetarian & it's the only vegetarian main on the menu, definitely room for improvement there), & I was genuinely surprised at the quality. Very very flavourful. Once again the plating could use some touching up, but when the food tastes that good, it doesn't really matter. 5/5 Finally, we shared a piece of lemon „pie". This was more of a deconstructed tart than a pie, & probably the biggest miss of the dinner. Flavour-wise was very good. The curd was luxuriously smooth, & the „exotic salsa" (a mélange of brunoise mango & other yellow fruit that I couldn't place) was really tasty. Unfortunately the base crust of the „pie" wasn't very good. The menu listed it as „short bread" & while technically true, turned out as more resembling the dry cookie part of a Jaffa cake than anything I would consider a „short bread" in the context of a lemon tart/pie. Also, just a massive bunch of undressed microgreens on the plate. What purpose did they serve? I ate them, & can tell you they served 0 purpose. Had it been a sprig of mint it would still be a dated plate, but at least the mint tastes like stuff. 2.5/5 (for $15, I was unimpressed) Overall, good! Though a bit pricey. With 2 drinks, our total was $160, but the service did make up for it a bit. Be warned! This restaurant is attached to a hotel, so if you're looking for a nice, quiet, adults-only dinner, maybe look elsewhere
We stumbled upon this cute restaurant on the bottom floor of our hotel. Very unassuming at first but once you step in the atmosphere is great but the food was so enjoyable. Real value for your money. The dishes were full of fresh flavor & very filling. The cocktails were created with intention making every sip tasty. We plan to return on our next trip.

Everything is perfect here for me. 1. Shrimp appetizer: the sauce combined with vegetable created an interesting & unique harmony for the dish. Unfortunately one of the shrimp wasn't fresh for me. (I'm from ocean city, might be more picky) 2. Lamb variation: love the three version of the lamb in one dish. The combination of the vegetable & sauce added on additional layer for the taste. 3. Stuffed chicken: sauce was the highlight. Very light but tasty. 4. Love my sangria, refreshing drink for a hot summer lunch. 5. Bread is very good too. Hot & warm. Love the spiciness in the butter. 6. Amazing service. Sorry didn't get his name, but I had wonderful time there.
Delicious food served in a cozy & chic atmosphere. The service was impeccable, fast & professional. My partner loved his cocktail. Definitely recommend the place ! We had wagyu carpaccio & cauliflower for starters, duck & swordfish for main, & the crème brûlée was surprisingly tasty.
On the good side, the main course food was good & well presented. My wife had salmon & I had lamb; both tasty with nice sides that made the meal interesting. But on the bad side: the wine list was limited & the head guy (owner?) didn't know his wine
