This place is amazing, from the staff to the chef, ambience & most importantly the flavors are just perfect. Hazelnut & mushroom ice cream to complete the meal.Voir plus

Went to Boulevardier for an anniversary diner, unfortunately this was not the experience you'd expect from a'higher end' restaurant. The restaurant allowed a crying baby which resulted in us asking to change tables. The service was also disappointing as we waited over 20min for our drinks when the restaurant had a total of 5 tables. The food was good but we were definitely disappointed in some of the dishes.
- Duck entrance was good but very deceiving portion for the price.
- Ravioli lacked taste.
- Sea bass was also lacking in taste- had to ask server for salt & pepper. Vegetables given with the dish were also disappointing (resembled fajita veggie mix).
- Filet mignon was the best dish had. Easy 9/10 for steak & potato.
Such a beautiful restaurant but unfortunately it did not meet the expectations it portrays.Voir plus

Great restaurant that's inside the Le Germain Hotel. The breakfast is very tasty with generous portions. It is also clean, quiet & the staff are friendly.
Since we have a fairly large group staying here for a corporate event, sometimes the servers might be a bit overwhelmed. They remained patient & you just need to leave a little buffer time.

Boulevardier & ce fut délivré avec brio! Tous les plats comportaient de belles surprises, des saveurs exquises & on en a carrément oublié la grisaille & la pluie. Des produits de la mer divinement préparés. Que dire de ce dessert inoubliable aux fraises du Québec pour faire un clin d'oeil à l'été? Wow! Même Patrice Demers aurait craqué devant un tel assemblage. Des repas comme ceux-là, ça rend la vie plus jolie. Service impeccable, sommelier inspirant & attentionné. Le Boulevardier se démarque aussi au fil du temps par son confort & l'absence de bruit environnant agressant. Merci pour ce beau cadeau!

Déceptions ayant connu le top un certain 31 décembre qualité de bouffe très supérieure ambiance un tout MAIS ma dernière visite laisse à désire pas de wow bon mais sans éclat bon choix de vin dégustation de grand chef pas certaine le 27 juin 19h voilà

Événement spécial Le Boulevardier X Hexagon. Repas menu fixe avec accord de vin. Excellent menu d'un bout à l'autre - ceviche pétoncles sauce relevée, homard grillé en bisque, cervidé sauce béarnaise, contre-filet sauce XO, moelleux noisettes & érable (avec glace champignons, vraiment extra). L'équipe en salle est bien attentionnée & attentive aux demandes. Sans rien enlever à cet excellent repas, peut-être une suggestion : on pourrait considérer offrir une option sur le 2e ou 3e service pour un plat plus autour de légumes ou légumineuses.Voir plus
