Tristan, the new bartender & mastermind behind the revamped cocktail menu, brings both warmth & talent to the space. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel right at home with his friendly demeanor & clear passion for the craft.
He treated us to one of his original creations-the Fresh Breeze-a perfectly balanced blend that marries the bright, citrusy lift of a Bee's Knees & a classic sour, finished with a refreshing minty twist. It's thoughtful, delicious, & totally unique-just like the experience at Le Bayou.

Superbe endroit, bien placé sur une rue festive avec prix abordables & bonne ambiance! Il y a diffusion des matchs/événements du moments, donc bonne place pour se regrouper autour de quelques drinks & profiter de la vie ! J'ai perso jamais eu un aussi bon amaretto sour de ma vie je le recommande à tout le monde qui serait indécis. Il y a une grande variété de boissons/cocktails & en bonus ils offrent plusieurs jeux de tables pour accompagner la soirée. Bel endroit je reviendrai for sure!Voir plus

I went to this bar with my friends the other day, & it was amazing!!! The vibe is very cozy with really nice music & the barmaids were so kind, always there if we needed anything & super friendly! They even have drinking cardgames & other boardgames you can play while you enjoy your drinks. Their coktails are SO delicious & very affordable.
