Très bon service, bonne bouffe, grand choix de bières. Clientèle jeune. Par contre, très bruyant. Donc, pas recommandable pour soirée romantique de la St-Valentin 😉.

Très belle soirée. Notre serveuse, Marie-Claude..... un trésor. Elle nous a bien conseillé, autant sur les bières que sur les repas. Grâce à tout cela, nous y retournerons c'est certain.

Bonne nourriture pour ce type de resto. Tout était frais & goûteux. Un seul désagrément à la table, la bavette était coriace mais, ça peut arriver & ce n'est pas la faute du resto: le garçon a gentiment offert de ne pas la charger. Excellent service de ce serveur par ailleurs. Choix de bière impressionnant & portions généreuses. C'est bruyant, difficile de converser sans hausser le ton mais c'est le style de ce type de restos.

This past Friday night out with a buddy to grab a bite & a couple of pints of beer to catch up. Place was busy - good atmosphere & great selection of craft beer, we opted for 2 IPA's that came recommended ( Leo's & Nord-Est ) - they did not disappointed. Service was very good, we were not rushed at all, server checked on us - but never pushed. As for our meal we shared the appetizer platter & we both tried the Fish n Chips...ok nothing great.
Definitely would go back...

Beer was great, the waiter very friendly, & loved the Balthazar burger, my wife had the chicken wrap thing which i tasted & that was soo good. We thought there will be a live music on Thursday but seems they were off this night. Overall great experience & would go back for sure.

Bel endroit, excellente bouffe cependant un service de merde, notre serveur nous a tout simplement ignoré tout au long de la soirée, si tu es là juste pour le cash & bien reste chez toi... nous étions une gang qui travail dans le service & cela fait très longtemps que nous avions pas vu un service aussi mauvais.. je ne retournerai plus au Balthazar & ma gang non plus.... avec toute la compétition aux alentours nous allons trouver meilleur ailleurs

Beau resto belle ambiance mais N'Y ALLEZ PAS pour manger ! Nous avons attendu notre commande 2:50 Sam exagéré. Un assistant gérant est venu pour nous expliquer la situation sans même s'excuser. Il s'est empressé de trouver le plus d'explications possible. Je vous jure que nous n'y retournerons plus.

Me & my girlfriend went to Le Balthazar for the first time after randomly searching for resto-pubs in the Laval area. We were EXTREMELY satisfied. We had no idea what to expect, so we walked in, & were hit by an awesome ambiance. This place is very spacious, decorated very attractively, & holds a cool/young appeal to it. The beer selection was vast & we both tried two pints each. All the beers we tried were to die for. What we liked was the uniqueness & selection of the beers which you can't really get anywhere else. We split a plate of nachos since it was midnight & they were simple but tasty. No complaints on the service, we never found ourselves waiting too long & our waiter was friendly. We will definitely be revisiting as soon as we can. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to age groups from 20-30. I'm sure an older crowd would enjoy it just the same but it really does have a fun/young/cool appeal.
