The service started really good until we paid, then the waitress almost kicked us out while we were still waiting for our turn to sing karaoke, she even had them remove our water. It's unfortunate, it was a nice & fun evening ruined by the last minute.
I don't recommend any person to pay their bill until 100% ready to leave to avoid being kicked out.

Serveur A1, rien à redire sur le service !
En revanche, l'ambiance était très bruyante & la qualité des plats, décevante. Les calmars & le fish & chips étaient extrêmement gras, probablement les pires que j'aie mangés à ce jour ! Une expérience culinaire malheureusement ratée! Je ne pense pas y retourner.

Je suis allée au Balthazar au Centropolis hier soir pour un 5@7. Nous étions un petit groupe. J'ai la maladie de coeliaque alors il est parfois compliqué pour moi de manger au resto. J'étais très enthousiaste à l'idée d'avoir une section du menu sans gluten. Malheureusement, le plat que j'ai choisi ne pouvait pas être garanti d'être livré de contamination croisée. Le serveur très gentiment m'a proposé une option qui ne me convenait pas vraiment. Le chef cuisinier est donc venu me voir pour me proposé d'autres items du menu & me rassurer. J'ai finalement mangé un tartare de saumon délicieux! Wow pour le service, merci beaucoup! C'était super apprécié! L'ambiance & la musique & fantastique également!

La bouf est correcte. Très bon service au bar. Les TV sont trop petites pour bien profiter d'un bon match de hockey.

Décor agréable, mais trop bruyant pour jaser. J'ai pris un plat de pâtes avec prociutto, roquette, parmesan, tomates. C'était bon, mais on m'a réchauffé gentiment mon plat qui est arrivé froid. Mon amie avait un burger de poulet croustillant avec frites. Les frites étaient vraiment bonnes & elle a dit que son burger l'était aussi. Peut-être plus leur spécialité.

UPDATE FROM APRIL 2025:
I revisited this restaurant & I need to update my review. The service was amazing, even if the restaurant was packed. The waitress, Charlotte I believe, really went above & beyond.

But, sadly, the food was really below was was expected for that price point. I had a sandwich with chicken & pesto & the pesto was so salty it made the sandwich barely edible. I had to remove almost all of the pesto. I also ordered a dessert, the fondant chocolate cake & it was not fondant & barely tasted like chocolate. It was also super small, barely bigger then a gold ball & it wasn't fondant. It really tasted like a small, cheap chocolate cake purchased at maxi & covered & cheap fake tasting caramel.

My friends ordered other meals that weren't anything to write home about.

Emma est définitivement la meilleure serveuse en ville. Bonne recommandation : le tartare est délicieux & les sangrias sont incroyables. Je vais revenir juste pour elle. Merci pour tout Emma.
