Le Balthazar at Dix30 offers a fantastic dining experience! The nachos were a highlight, perfectly crispy with a generous topping of cheese & fresh ingredients that made each bite delightful. My burger was equally impressive, cooked to perfection with a juicy patty & flavorful toppings that complemented each other wonderfully. The ambiance was inviting, & the staff was attentive & friendly, ensuring a pleasant meal from start to finish. Highly recommend for a satisfying & enjoyable meal.

Ok, place if you can't find anything else. Food was just OK, nothing amazing. Burger was a bit boring on taste. Fries are standard. Basically just standard food. Not worth the price. Also service was a bit slow but probably due to lack of staff. So not the worker's fault, but maybe more management.

J'ai récemment dîné au restaurant Balthazar & je dois dire que l'expérience a été absolument fantastique. La nourriture était délicieuse, avec des plats bien présentés & des saveurs qui ravissent les papilles. Le service était impeccable, avec un personnel attentif & professionnel qui a veillé à ce que nous soyons bien pris en charge tout au long du repas. L'ambiance du restaurant est chaleureuse & accueillante, ce qui a rendu notre visite encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement le restaurant Balthazar à tous ceux qui cherchent une expérience culinaire de qualité supérieure. Merci à toute l'équipe du Balthazar pour cette merveilleuse soirée !

Amazing big bar. Attentif staff. Good bear. I got tipsy & danced all night. There's live band very good style. Atmosphere kinda country & suburban. I love it !! Ahhh, food, we had nachos & that was ok.

Nice overall place on the second floor. You can go on the terrace & see a nice view of dix30. The food is ok bar food, got some cool beer choices.

Le Balthazar (Dix30) is a very trendy place to enjoy a variety of local beers & some very well executed pub fare (& more). Beer prices are very reasonable for the area & the beer on offer, so if you are budget conscious, this is a viable option! I seriously enjoyed the bison burger with sweet potato fries. The serving size was perfect & the food was excellent - certainly worth the very reasonable cost. Honestly? This restaurant has an atmosphere that would cost you an extra $10 per person, easily. Great value & great atmosphere.

J'ai été boire un verre avec des amies récemment au Balthazar du Dix/30. Nous étions quatre, & j'ai adoré mon après-midi arrosé. Je n'ai JAMAIS manqué d'eau; le service était rapide & efficace. Bravo à Pascal & Olivier !!!

On etait deux a manger des tartares de boeuf hier, & on est malade comme des chiens aujourd'hui. Vomissements diarrhée a plus en finir. Belle expérience a 150$ pour etre malade , plus jamais. Si vous êtes pas capables de garder vos aliments frais enlever les tartares de votre menu & concentrez vous sur la poutine.
