Suite a une deuxième visite je dois avouer que ce fut nettement plus agréable. Toujours aussi bon service, bonnes bières, mais cette fois le repas était excellent! J'ai pris le fish & chips, le plat est arriver chaud, bien presenter & très gouteux. seul petit point, portion un brin petite, mais sommes toutes une deuxième visite réussi. J'y retournerai sans hésiter, merci a toute l'equipe.
Tres déçu des plats commander a notre derrière visite au resto de Brossard. J'ai commander la poutine qui n'est pas une poutine...arriver froide, pas tiède, mais bien froide! un plat qui est devenu rapidement une gibelotte tellement le plat était mal preparer. En entrée une assiette de nacho standard avec quelques chips & pratiquement aucune garniture...très décevant
Sur une note plus positive par contre, le service était excellent, serveurs a l'ecoute & present. Un travail en preparation de plat & en timing serait a faire.

Les banquettes à 5 personnes, c'est merdique. On est pas assis un en face de l'autre sauf pour les 2 extrémités. On est en face d'une autre banquette. On doit quasiment crier pour s'entendre à cause de la musique trop forte. Design ridicule! Qui est cet architecte? MyGod.
Bonne bouf, (suggestion pour les hamburgers le choix de pain n'est pas bon, nous avons pris le Krousti-Burger avec les ingrédients humides & très bon, notre pain était tout mouillé & se brisait, peut-être un pain genre ciabatta qui est plus robuste ou autre serait plus approprié) très bon service de notre serveur, pour l'ambiance nous étions dans le racoin des serveurs donc pas très bonne pour nous Sinon dans l'ensemble bonne expérience
Absolument parfait ambiance agréable service impeccable & la bouffe étai excellant j'ai manger le Mac rack un des meilleurs Mac n Cheese que j'ai manger & la côte lève tellement savoureuse j'ai retournerai n'importe quand
La pandémie n'a aucunement diminué le Balthazar. Toujours le même excellent service & toujours une selection de choix de bières & nourriture d'excellente qualité.
I am amazed by the amount of food they have in their menu. There is such a wide selection of meals which makes it a bit hard for me when there are so many options but it also makes it easier for larger groups to each find something they like. The portions were pretty big, especially the appetisers. They were around 20$ each plate but the portions were big enough to share for 4 which was great. The main plates are also around 20$ which is fine for their portion. The food itself was good. There was a great crunchiness to the nachos & the flavours were also pretty good. I especially like how the sauces are put on the side instead of it being poured on top of the food like so many other restaurants. The tacos were also really good. Each bite had a good amount of cheese & meat & since it came with a salad, it made the meal pretty balanced for me. The service was amicable throughout the night which also made the night more enjoyable. Unfortunately for us, we were once again sitting right beside the speakers for the live music. I found the live music really nice but the speakers right beside us made the music way too loud for us to enjoy & it was simply just more difficult to talk between ourselves at the table.
Belle expérience en général. Nous sommes aller manger entre amis. Le restaurant est grand, accueillant & propre. - Le service était assez rapide pour recevoir nos boissons & notre nourriture. - Qualité prix : pourrait être mieux pour la quantité de nourriture dans l'assiette.
Pour un party de Job. Côté ambiance j'ai trouvé ça très bruyant. Ça me correspondait moins. Le service était très bien. La nourriture pour avoir goûté à pas mal de choses bonne. La bavette était bonne, le burger de Bison super, l'assiette de tartare de saumon à La poke était un leu triste.... Pour 36$ c'était vraiment trop cher payé.... La raison du 3 étoiles.
I used to like this place until I was there later than usual with a friend & was getting kicked out 1 hour before closing time. The staff was quick to turn off the music, turn off certain lights & put up chairs & bar stools?! They rushed to get our bills payed...?! I never experienced this before. ONE HOUR before they close. I find this rude & unacceptable. If you say you close at 3, don't be rushing people out the door at 2:00.
