Excellent service de l'équipe sur place & particulièrement notre serveur Cameron.

Avant, j'allais au Balthazar pour la variétés des bières sur la carte. Je pouvais faire de belles découvertes. Maintenant, disons que ce n'est plus ce que c'était. La carte des bières amincit à chaque visite, particulièrement pour les bières foncées. C'est vraiment très dommage & ça enlève le petit plus qui distinguait le Balt des autres endroits. J'espère que de nouveaux produits de rajouteront sur la carte éventuellement.

Côté bouffe, ça fait la job. De belles portions & recettes comme dans un bistrot.

Habituellement, je tente d'éviter le chansonnier que personne écoute & qui est trop fort & qu'on doit crier pour se faire entendre par les gens avec qui on est. On ne sait pas trop à quoi ça sert… en début de semaine, c'est moins bruyant & c'est parfait ainsi!

Balthazar has become a bit of a regular spot for me-& for good reason. It's got that easygoing, lively pub vibe that makes you feel right at home, whether you're grabbing a casual bite or meeting up with friends. The pub food always hits the mark-hearty, tasty, & just what you'd want with their solid selection of beers on tap. Nothing fancy, just good times, good food, & great beer.
