Saumon de mon tartare n'était pas frais. Bravo au chef qui s'est adapté à mes allergies. J'ai trouvé désagréable qu'un restaurant n'ait pas de crème pour le café. Le service était excellent. Business lunch , je ne retournerai probablement pas. Principalement en raison de la qualité du repas.

J'aime beaucoup le Balthazar! Belle équipe de serveurs/serveuses sympathiques & le band de musique était fantastique! Nourriture très bonne! J'ai choisi le mac & cheese avec bacon...Miammm! Excellent!

Après plusieurs visite des lieux, je dirai que le service est très bien, le personnel accueillant & l'ambiance sympathique. Le seul bémol est le niveau de sonorité de la musique qui oblige les convives à hausser vraiment très fort la voix pour réussir à communiquer, ce qui est très pénible à la longue.

Vraiment pas pire. L'endroit est charmant & agréable. La nourriture était très bien mais le tout était un peu trop dispendieux à mon goût. Je suppose que l'emplacement le justifie bien. J'y retournerais volontie

We have gone once & since then have returned 3 times in the past two months! Love the band (sound not too loud can still talk) & food is awesome as well as the service! Will definitely coming back again!!!
