SANDWICHS in mtl & it's not an exaggeration & it's family owned & ran ! . Crazy good place little smal though so big groups my have trouble fitting .
I had a wonderful family meal at this cozy little restaurant. The atmosphere is warm & inviting. The hot dogs were delicious, & to our surprise, the owner kindly added two smaller hot dogs for our kids, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It's clear they care about their customers & the experience they provide. We'll definitely be coming back for more family meals!
This is the place to go! Great portions, quick service, really good, fresh, high quality & family owned. This is my second visit this week, you won't regret it. 17$ avg p/p.
Amazing! I'm at a loss for words. An amazing respectful family running a restaurant with top notch food. If you want flavourful food, you don't go any further. I'm a regular customer for sure now. Thank you Lali's!
Small family owned & run place where the food served looks like fast food but with way more complexity & ingredients. Everything was excellent & you can feel the freshness. All the dishes are packed with different ingredients & they don't skimp on them.
this is the best sandwich spot, hands down. It's a family business, very good prices, & great food!
Discovered this small family-owned place serving sandwiches & pizza a couple of months ago & I've gone back several times since. Everything I've tried so far was great & the portions were very generous for the price. The hot dogs are huge & have to be the equivalent of ~3 regular steamies, & the other sandwiches are about as big. You can get an 8 or 10-inch pizza. Many vegetarian options too. It's definitely a hidden gem (...in plain sight, on Crescent). Highly recommended!
(P.S. If I may suggest one thing, to be a true Chicago hot dog, it should come with pickles & hot peppers instead of cucumbers, but their version is good too!)
Edit: if I remember correctly, the bandari & tofu sandwiches & the two burgers aren't being served since taking the menu photos.
