Amazing experience at Lady Porcelaine. It is everything that it claims to be & more. The service was impeccable, the decor is beautiful, the food & tea was so delicious & the employees & owner are all god sent. We felt so welcomed & appreciated. They explain every detail to you about the old days & how they did tea time back then. It feels like you're living a childhood dream! They also have amazing prompts for awesome instagram pictures! We went for my birthday & they even personalized our experience to celebrate the event! Would 100% recommend.

A fun place for afternoon tea! The decor is very cute & pink, & they'll let you borrow fabulous fascinators & hats to go with the place. Great experience all in all for everyone's inner-girlie. I'm not necessarily a big fan of the style of their decor, but I still had a great time!
Wow, just came back from a most wonderful tea service with my wife, the staff was extremely helpful, the whole vibe of the place was great. Beautiful decor, excellent food, well chosen teas & snacks. Plenty of gorgeous photo areas. Don't forget the vintage, beautiful bone china you get to pick yourself (amateurs of the antique roadshow keep your eyes peeled)
English Version There are truly no words to describe this immersive experience! That's right! This is an experience. Jennifer & her lovely partner were so warm & welcoming. They bedazzled us with their charisma. I learned so much about High Tea & could tell that Jennifer was well learned in the subject. I have been to High Tea at the Ritz Carlton, but Lady Porcelaine takes the cake; from the tour, to the inspiring quotes, the hutch filled with gorgeous porcelaine pieces (which you get to choose), the play on of words, the vintage furniture etc. I do not want to spoil the fun & discovery. I have deliberately left out some other parts so that you can partake. If you are about that aristocratic life or you simply want to try something new, go to Lady Porcelaine! Lastly, the food was Mouthgasmic. You will not be disappointed. French Version Il n'y a pas de mots pour décrire cette expérience immersive ! Il s'agit d'une expérience. Jennifer & son charmant partenaire ont été si chaleureux & accueillants. Elles nous ont éblouis par leur charisme. J'ai appris beaucoup de choses sur le High Tea & j'ai pu constater que Jennifer connaissait bien le sujet. J'ai déjà assisté à un High Tea au Ritz Carlton, mais c'est Lady Porcelaine qui remporte la palme : la visite, les citations inspirantes, la huche remplie de magnifiques pièces de porcelaine (que vous pouvez choisir), les jeux de mots, le mobilier vintage, etc. Je n'ai pas voulu gâcher le plaisir & la découverte. J'ai délibérément laissé de côté d'autres parties pour que vous puissiez y participer. Si la vie aristocratique vous intéresse ou si vous voulez simplement essayer quelque chose de nouveau, allez chez Lady Porcelaine ! Enfin, la nourriture était Mouthgasmic. Vous ne serez pas déçus.
I celebrated my birthday at Lady Porcelaine, & we had an amazing experience. From the moment you walk in, you are transported into the most amazing atmosphere. There is so much to look at, so many meticulous details... you can tell that a lot of love & passion went into this place. The owner was so accommodating & welcoming, we felt right at home. Impeccable service, delicious food & teas, & many lovely, fun surprises. 100% recommend if you're a tea lover & looking for a unique experience.
This is actually the most lovely spot I've ever visited in Montréal. It was my second afternoon tea experience, though my first time here, & I cannot express how blown away I was. All the workers are so obviously dedicated to their jobs & it makes the experience so lovely! The owner is so kind & really puts in effort to make the experience as welcoming & pleasant as possible. It's impossible to put into words how pretty the interior is. If you're a fan of pink, you might have a heart attack. Every inch of this building is so meticulously arranged & detailed. Visiting this place makes you feel like a true princess. Obviously, the tea is great. I'm not sure if they regularly change which teas they serve (I had butterfly pea tea & earl grey), but as someone who is a total tea-addict, I thought they were great. Not oversteeped or bitter! & it came with adorable little heart-shaped sugar "cubes" (hearts?). The food is also incredible. It's so nice how the staff explains the intended order in which you should eat the things; it really allows you to get the most of your experience. The scones here were so incredible (coming from someone who HATES scones); I could've eaten 10 of them. They come from Gryffon Bakery I believe. It's nice how they support local businesses as well. I could go on for even longer, but honestly, you should just come visit this place to experience it for yourself.

absolutely incredible. had a spiritual awakening. tea is heavenly, ambiance is deeply soothing, decor is cute as hell, service is top tier i feel like i'm at my friend's house party except it's fancy & the food is a godsend. highly recommend, although you might want to dress victorian british when going, makes you fit the decor bette
Fantastic decor, attentive accommodating service, this place is a passion project & it really shows. Choose your own cup, photo taking, & a tea reading service make it very interactive as well. Keep in mind that unlike other places they do chose your teas for you but they are high quality.
Lorsque on passe la porte du Lady Porcelaine, le temps s'arrête. N'y allez pas seulement pour les porcelaines qui s'exposent dans chaque recoin, ni la qualité des thés savamment sélectionnés par nos hôtes, ni la douceur des scones & des pâtisseries locales... Allez-y pour l'expérience & laissez-vous emportez. Si comme moi, vous n'êtes pas un initié à ce genre de « afternoon tea », encore mieux. Vous aurez l'impression de rêver, d'être dans un autre monde. & rien que se rendre à la salle de bain devient un voyage. L'accueil & le service sont à l'image du lieu: colorés, joyeux, chaleureux, avec un soupçon de folie!

Une expérience à couper le souffle! Rien que depuis l'extérieur nous pouvons apercevoir l'atmosphère colorée qui se dégage, ondes positives, service agréable tout est fait pour passer un moment inoubliable. Nous sommes arrivés spontanément espérant avoir une place & nous avons eu beaucoup de chance certaines réservations ont été annulées à la dernière minute & grâce ces gens nous avons pus profiter de ces décors doux, Rose & Blanc, des moulures des murs au plafond, une collection de porcelaine avec une histoire pour chacune des tasses, teillères. Le thé est incroyable que des produits locaux, & un plateau tea time complet avec des produits frais préparés avec soin. Je recommande pour une session de tranquillité. Merci Lady Porcelaine les gens doivent le savoir, vous êtes incroyable.
Lovely place with lovely staff. Reminiscent of Bridgerton, don't forget to dress up! The photoshoot will be exquisite. My friend & I are still talking about this place. Although you don't choose your own tea, theirs tasted great, & the food accompanying it as well. We also had our leaves read, which was a first for us!
If you didn't come to this place yet, wait no more. It's so cute & unique! We felt like we immersed into a different universe Every details, every touch, everything in this place was so magical & sooo prettyyy It's worth the experience. The foods were tasty & the tea was marvelous!!!
What sets this place apart from other afternoon tea experiences? -The owner is warm & so knowledgeable about afternoon tea customs/traditions & can answer any & all questions about the service. -They have REAL clotted cream with their scones -They curate 3 different teas that you enjoy with each tier of food. Unlike most places where you choose 1 tea for the whole thing. -You can feel the passion & love that went into every single detail & decoration -You can choose your own fine china teacup from among hundreds of vintage ones. -You are welcomed to try on fascinators to elevate the experience for full immersion -everything they serve is from local businesses All around 5 star experience & would definitely recommend!

Just walking it felt like I was transported into a magical tea wonderland. The owner was amazing & made sure we could be accommodated for a reservation the next day. She introduced us to her favorite porcelain pieces. The food was delicious! & the tea was magical. The tea reader was thorough & lovely to chat with. Overall it was an amazing experience & I can't wait to return!
Put aside some time for this afternoon tea! Every inch of the place is immaculately decorated & the staff are wonderful. We had delicious food & delicious tea (which some of us bought a bag of to take home). We got little lessons on pieces of etiquette, superstition, & history. There was even a tea leaf reader to complete the experience. Overall well worth the visit!
The BEST place! Owner & staff are welcoming, knowledgable & kind, they took time to talk & take pictures after the closing time. We truly felt like they wanted us to stay & enjoy our time. Tea is beautifully served, the food is amazing, & their whole atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous. 10/10 recommend & will be back for more tea time! We also advise you to participate in the tea leaves reading, it was definitely professional & insightful.
