I brought my girlfriend & my mom to celebrate woman's day. It was the BEST experience I could ask for. & it's truly an experience.
From the moment you enter, the service is top notch, & there is thorough explanations about the tea service, the products you try & the good manners around it. They were kind enough to switch certain food assortment so we can have more variety. Literally, every bite was unique.
Would 100% recommend for bringing partners, family & friends for a high class British tea experience.
My friends & I came here during my bachelorette party & it was incredible!! The whole team was welcoming, exceptionally kind, & created such a special time for us. They offered to take so many pictures for us in various areas, gave us tips on how to smile & pose, gave us fascinators & a crown, & everyone was so happy! On top of the incredible company, the whole experience was phenomenal! The space is beautifully decorated, the food was delicious, & the tea was amazing!! This is such a unique experience & safe to say the best tea experience my friends & I have ever had! They even had a station set up where the bride could write a letter to her future self & sealed it with a wax seal. This truly was an experience that far exceeded any expectations we had!! I HIGHLY recommend anyone come visit, you will be so happy you came!! Thank you to the whole Lady Porcelaine team for their kindness in making this day so special!! :)

Franchement expérience stressante dès mon arrivée. Premièrement je me suis faite hurler dessus pour la porte d'entrée que je n'ai pas refermé après moi, je m'attendais à ce que ce soit le genre de porte qui se referme seule comme dans la majorité des restaurants. Je comprend que c'est l'hiver & avec plaisir je serai retournée la fermer( il fallait juste me parler poliment).
trop de vas & viens de la propriétaire pour nous prévenir que notre temps réservé est de 1h30 minutes & on se sentait surveillées pour pas salir la table, endommager les assiettes , ou autre. Ce qui devait être une partie de détente entre fille est devenu un moment stressant pour nous toutes & tout ce qu'on avait envie de faire c'est de sortir de ce café. La place est belle mais je recommande juste de revoir le service client qui est médiocre à mon humble avis.
From the moment we walked in, we were lowkey bullied by the restaurant's owner, a self styled pastel girl-boss with a brigerton-coded control kink.
After being scolded pretty intensely to clean our shoes, we were handed out tea hats (mandatory), then whisked away to do a photoshoot (also mandatory). We were instructed to use a china bell to ring, & were refused service if we didn't.
The tea that we were served (without having been given any choice btw) was a pot of blue herbal mix that sort of felt like drinking warm, musky Gatorade, followed by a second pot of a very mid earl grey (no milk, don't even ask).
The sandwiches, scones, etc were quite nice, but not giving in quality/freshness. This is because, as our hostess described to us IN DETAIL, they order in every item from other suppliers. While she obviously thinks these partnerships are a huge flex, they really can't compare to fresh food made in-house.
With the strange service & lack luster beverage / food, the value of the experience should be in the'immersive' atmosphere, but what looks cute & extra in photos is nothing short of DERANGED in person. Hundreds of cheap ribbons & dollar store fake flowers are literally GLUE GUNNED all over the walls, light fixtures, even the air conditioner. The cold overhead lighting (bright enough to light up a crime scene), & cheap table linen (microplastics!) were not selling luxury. The website promises to'suspend time in a porcelain universe of well-being in pastel shades' (red flag in retrospect) but in reality it feels like the result of an adderall-fulled temu-bender.
I can get behind a weird experience, so I wasn't even mad at all this until I paid my bill. Tax & tip included, I spent Seventy. Seven. Dollars. at this establishment. For just myself. That is the price of an actually good high end tea, like the Queen Elizabeth or The Ritz Carleton; where the narcissist vibes owner is not using you as a sim in her bridgerton inspired vanity project.
Unless paying a substantial sum to be talked down to in cringe victorian cosplay is your thing, I'd recommend passing on Lady porcelaine.

I do wish we could choose more teas, but the tea that comes with the service is delicious. The food is delicious. The decor & atmosphere are unique & remarkable - no other tea place like this.
I HIGHLY recommend this for whatever event you need it - they have small rooms for birthdays/showers.

This was such a wonderful experience. The whole atmosphere of the place was so welcoming & the staff were super lovely. The teas & treats were very tasty too. Highly recommend for an afternoon tea experience!

I took my boyfriend there for his birthday & we both loved it. It is more than just an English high tea, it is an unforgettable adventure into a whimsical world filled with beautiful objects & delicious food, where everything has a story.
When we entered, we could choose from a variety of fun vintage-style headdresses: there were even crowns for people celebrating birthdays. The waitress took plenty of cool pictures of us & let us pick the tea cups which'spoke to us' from a giant cupboard.
We got 2 teapots of tea in turn. Both were really good but I especially enjoyed the first pot, which was blue & a bit sweet (thanks to Ontario ice wine). The food was amazing: all sourced from small local businesses.
My boyfriend got to write a letter to himself, which will be posted by the owner in a few months. I didn't expect so many extra attractions. I highly recommend this place for any special occasion but especially for birthdays.

Lady Porcelaine est une charmante maison de thé qui nous transporte tout droit dans l'élégance des palais anglais, où l'heure du thé est un véritable rituel, à la fois sacré & délicieux. La décoration intérieure est tout simplement féerique : les pots en porcelaine, les meubles raffinés & chaque petit détail émerveillent dès l'entrée. Leur concept est unique & leur menu est extrêmement varié, avec de nombreuses options végétariennes, ce qui plaira à tous les goûts. La propriétaire, Jennifer, est incroyablement sympathique, chaleureuse & souriante. Elle accueille chaque client avec patience & prend le temps d'expliquer les différentes options, ce qui donne vraiment envie de vivre cette belle expérience. Les employées sont également très gentilles & contribuent à rendre l'ambiance encore plus agréable. Petit plus : Jennifer est aussi l'auteure d'un livre intitulé Lady Porcelaine, qui porte le même nom que son salon de thé➡? un bel hommage à son univers. Je recommande vivement cette adresse magique & unique !

Amazing experience at Lady Porcelaine. It is everything that it claims to be & more. The service was impeccable, the decor is beautiful, the food & tea was so delicious & the employees & owner are all god sent. We felt so welcomed & appreciated. They explain every detail to you about the old days & how they did tea time back then. It feels like you're living a childhood dream! They also have amazing prompts for awesome instagram pictures! We went for my birthday & they even personalized our experience to celebrate the event! Would 100% recommend.

Dès notre arrivée le temps s'arrête, nous sommes pris en charge par le personnel. Rien n'est laissé au hasard l'accueil,décor, accessoires. Je ne vous décrit pas le tout car comme moi vous devez être agréablement surpris tout au long de votre présence chez Lady Porcelaine. L'originalité, la propreté un salon de thé « haut de gamme ». N'hésitez pas une séance de « tasséomancie » & tarot avec Patricia un excellent complément à votre visite. Nous sommes privilégiés d'avoir un établissement qui offre tout ça à Montréal. Mon résumé n'est pas excessif mais subjugué. Bon succès Madame Jennifer & longue vie à votre équipe & vos projets à venir.

J'ai offert une séance de thé chez Lady Porcelaine à ma mère & ma fille & elle ont a-do-ré leur expérience. Le décor est enchanteur & l'hôtesse offre un accueil intime & chaleureux. Tous les détails sont peaufinés, que ce soit dans la décoration, les accessoires & les mignardises. Je recommande chaudement cette sortie!
I celebrated my birthday at Lady Porcelaine, & we had an amazing experience. From the moment you walk in, you are transported into the most amazing atmosphere. There is so much to look at, so many meticulous details... you can tell that a lot of love & passion went into this place. The owner was so accommodating & welcoming, we felt right at home. Impeccable service, delicious food & teas, & many lovely, fun surprises. 100% recommend if you're a tea lover & looking for a unique experience.
