I have been to this place several times & the service has always been sub par. In the latest disappointment we were denied service even though the restauarant was empty because we did not have a reservation.

It defies reason that in 2026 a restaurant does not have online reservation, & when people call to reserve, no one picks up the phone. Then they turn away paying customers despite being empty.

This has been my family's favourite restaurant in all of the Mt. Tremblant mountain resort area & around for over 15 years. My family & I live in Toronto but whenever we know we are visiting the area we make a reservation right away. The food is AMAZING!!! the atmosphere is out of a Disney movie, the vibe is chill, family oriented, a relaxed dress code which is appreciated & the service is outstanding. Expect to pay between $50-$80.00 a person but it is well worth it. Everything is Top shelf from the filet mignon, great seafood, delicious vegetables, incredible salad (the salad dressing is magic), & yummy rice & potatoes. The red wine broth is the way to go. We had the nicest waiter. He was adorable & I love this restaurant so much. Well done La Savoie. We look forward to the next time!

Déçus ,peu de service,mais quand tu en as, il est bon (C'étais occupé).
Le plus décevant c'est de ne pas avoir été mis aux courant lors de la réservation que le fromage du moment ne vient pas de la Savoie & même sur le menu ce n'est pas afficher c'est qu'après avoir passé commande que l'information nous as été donné. Le manque d'information & le même prix fort pour un produit différents est ce qui me laisse un goût amère dans la bouche . Le fromage est différant ne coule pas aussi bien très très huileux & ce fige vite & assez salé. Avoir sus avant nous aurions mangé autre part

Overrated, I honestly don't understand the hype. The food was very average & lacked any real flavor. What really ruined the experience, though, was the service. The staff came across as rude, uninterested, & acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. I won't be coming back, & I wouldn't recommend it.

Je ne comprends vraiment pas tout l'engouement autour de ce restaurant. La nourriture était très ordinaire, sans saveur particulière. Le pire, par contre, c'était le service. Le personnel était impoli, peu attentionné & donnait l'impression que servir les clients était une corvée. Je n'y retournerai pas & je ne le recommanderais pas.
