We attended a baby shower at this restaurant & were blown away by the experience. The staff was incredibly organized, attentive, & kind throughout the event. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, & absolutely delicious. The ambiance was warm & elegant, making it the perfect setting for a celebration. Every detail was handled with care, & it truly made the day memorable. Highly recommended for group events & special occasions.
A cozy & romantic restaurant housed in a charming 19th-century building. The décor & ambiance are warm & intimate, perfect for couples or small groups. Service was friendly, welcoming, & hospitable.
We tried the gastronomie tasting menu with wine pairing - the wines were excellent & complemented the dishes beautifully. The food, however, was a mix of hits & misses. It started strong with the appetizers (the foie gras was a highlight), but one of the main courses had flavours that competed rather than complemented each other, with the sauces overpowering the meat. While we appreciate creative & deconstructed presentations, the elements should ideally come together to create a cohesive flavour profile.
Overall, we enjoyed the experience & would return to try the à la carte menu next time.
Beginning with a warm welcome by the maître d', we spent a relaxing evening enjoying the view from the terrace while enjoying the excellent food & being pampered by two excellent waiters. The pre-show menu offered good value for your money & a selection of delicious food prepared with care & beautifully presented. It was refreshing to be able to sit back & enjoy conversation & the beautiful view of the river without being bothered by loud music. A memorable evening, Thank you to all the staff!
We had a fantastic experience at La Maison Verte! There were four of us, & from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere, service, & food were absolutely top-notch. Every dish was beautifully prepared & full of flavor-truly a wonderful taste of French cuisine.
What really stood out, though, was the way the staff handled an unexpected moment: The team responded with such kindness, patience, & professionalism. They made us feel completely at ease & quickly took care of everything with a smile.
It's rare to find a place with such excellent food & such grace under pressure. We left feeling grateful & impressed. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.
This is a great place to enjoy a beautifully prepared French meal with interesting twists. There's something for everyone! The service is great. Someone's always got an eye out to make sure you're enjoying your meal. Friendly staff & ambiance.
We were visiting from the US & looking for a truly fine dining French experience & this surpassed all of our expectations!! We had the five course meal with wine pairings & each dish was beautifully executed with flawless flavor & presentation. The service was perfect...the staff friendly & knowledgeable & clearly passionate about their work. This was the absolute best meal we've had in many years & truly made our vacation!!

Have been here a number of times & thoroughly enjoyed the experience. All aspects. It was my restaurant of choice. But. Went in June for a special occasion & one of us finally chose the filet mignon. It was not good. The worst piece of beef I've experienced in a restaurant. I made no complaint. I recently went to another good restaurant in Vaudreuil. A take your own bottle. The filet mignon was A1. Beautiful. I think I have a new favourite restaurant.
Had my sister's wedding there Saturday, June 22nd 2024. All I can say is that everything was absolutely perfect. The restaurant itself is really nice, very cute & rustic. The room we were in was beautiful. The food was soooo good! Everyone loved it. I'd like to take a moment to mention how absolutely wonderful the owner is. The groom & I have very specific food allergies & they were very accommodating. Extremely helpful & just went above & beyond. We will definitely go back when we are in Montreal! The staff were very friendly. I cannot say enough positive things about La Maison Verte. Mr. Gosselin, merci beaucoup pour tout, I know we were probably not the easiest bunch, but your accommodations, communication & friendliness has been absolutely amazing. Above & beyond barely scratches the surface. Thank you for everything.
Visited this restaurant for the first time on a snowy Wednesday evening with a few friends & really enjoyed the food, the service, the view to the lake. The attention to detail, the palette cleanser, the beautiful presentation & delicious meals are hard to beat. Would recommend highly. A cut above most restaurants in the West Island.
Second time at this restaurant & couldn't be more amazed. The food is delicious & very flavourful. Not to mention the cozy vibes that reminded me of home. There is also a view of the lake from the windows which I'm sure looks beautiful during the day. I recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Wonderful restaurant! Great innovative menu with local products. Cosy & charming ambiance. Situated in a beautiful ancestral home. Great service. Coup de coeur! Vraiment beau menu innovateur avec produits locaux. Situé dans une belle maison ancestrale. Excellent service.
This is a lovely French restaurant in a thoughtfully restored 100-year old house. The service was great & the atmosphere amazing. The food was exquisite. Unfortunately, I had a snail that hadn't been properly rinsed, but the beautiful, creamy sauce washed it down nicely! ;)
We had a wonderful experience from start ro finish. Eric was wonderful & patient in the planning of our parents 50th anniversary. The venue is beautiful, staff was attentive & professional & food amazing. Would highly recommend. Everyone enjoyed the celebration. Thank you.
