I was looking forward to try this place but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations!
The good: the cucumber salad was really good! & the atmosphere with the employees rolling the dumpings in front of the window was really cool.
The bad: we got the mixed dumpling plate to try a little of everything. The filling was for some with a weird after taste to the point we couldn't tell what meat it was. They were pretty dry & the vegetables one was just not good at all.Voir plus

It was somewhat hard giving them 3 stars because the dumplings are a 5 star. But the General Tao chicken was not a chili sauce. It was a sweet & sour sauce, my least favorite westernized sauce that seems to be taking over General Tao & Kung Pao as of late. I wish there was a way to order the authentic versions. Judging by the dumplings I thought I could count on this place but they too have succumbed to the gross trend of sweet & sour sauce. Only thing missing is the pineapple & we'd be all the way back to the 80s.Voir plus

Went in for a quick lunch. It wasn't bad but it's definitely westernized. We got the pork & bokchoy dumplings, veggie noodle soup, & cucumber appetizer. Everything was on the sweeter end, even the peanut dipping sauce & chilli oil.Voir plus

The service was quick & all especially for take out I got the porc & beef & coriander dumplings. The porc ones were ok but the beef ones weren't that good for that price they honestly didn't taste like anything they were pretty flavourless & the dough was constantly breaking all over the place. Amazing place to get cheap dumplings, while they aren't the best I have had they are flavourful & I think the fried ones have a much better texture & crunch. Their peanut sauce is also quite amazing as well. It is really cool to see the aunties just making dumplings in the restaurant.Voir plus

If you wany some fresh authentic Chinese dumplings made by hand, look no further. I was really happy with my dumplings. The only wish I have is they have more filling options. We ordered both pork (boiled) & beef (fried). Both are great! Recommended to my local Chinese friends already.Voir plus
