Food is overrated. I waited forever to get my order & tea. When I finally got the salmon tartare it was mostly apples? The salad it came with was absolutely drenched in vinegar I couldn't even eat it because it was literally burning my mouth. Like why would I be paying the price for a salmon tartare just to get apples & a gross salad with a small amount of salmon. I was left so unsatisfied after my meal. There are no allergy warnings & they should at least list the ingredients because I would have never ordered the salad if I knew it came with a ton of vinegar.
OMG LE PAIN PERDU AU CARAMEL!! JE VEUX EN MANGER TOUTE MA VIE! FONCEZ! voici un petit poème pour accompagner ma pensée: Au coeur d'un festin, un trésor sucré, Le pain perdu, caramel étoilé. Sa croûte dorée, douce caresse, Fond sous la langue, promesse de tendresse. Le caramel, rivière d'ambre coulant, Glisse en silence, éclat troublant. Chaque bouchée, un rêve éveillé, Le meilleur dessert jamais goûté. Oh, La Fabrique, temple des délices, Ton pain perdu, mon plus doux caprice.

My fiancé & I held our engagement brunch at la fabrique & we had a great experience! We had a room reserved exclusively for us & the communication with Sarah was amazing. We were able to go & setup an hour before the brunch & the service was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the set menu & I was able to play our own spotify playlist as well. Highly recommend for group events!
Nous étions une table de 9 personnes & ce fût parfait ! Services gentils ,courtois un bel atmosphère, & la bouffe superbe, fraicheur goût, mélange des saveurs & ces sauces. Cet pieuvre grillé en entrée avec son accompagnement était céleste, & je suis à cour de qualificatifs pour décrire le plat principal Caille farcie au ris de veau - shiso - bacon, polenta crémeuse à la tonka, canneberge, chou de Bruxelles, topinambour, pralin d'amande * Là vraiment Bravo ! & tant qu'à y être mousse au chocolat superbissimo !!! Des félications à votre équipe. P.S: après douce & lente marche au carré St-Louis.
Super bon service ! Nous étions un groupe de 16, la réservation était facile, le service était super rapide & efficace & la nourriture était délicieuse & ce, pour tout le monde à la table. Je recommence fortement 👌
