My first time trying this place. & it was just amazing. I tried the Salmon tartare on the brunch menu & it was so good. Lots of flavours danced on my taste buds. Délicieux!

Today is the last day in Montreal, we tried La Fabrique for the famous pancake with boiled egg & pork belly, & homemade cranberry muffin with pulled pork & cheese. The muffin is very good, it is even than better than I expected. For the signature apple syrup pancake with pork belly, it is a very delicious. I cannot imagine how the fatty pork belly mix with pancake until I put it together in my mouth. It has definitely a WOW factor! I must say to anyone who visit Montreal must try this brunch!
Très bon. Nous nous sommes régalés. Malheureusement le chef ne fait pas de changement concernant les accompagnements. N'aimant pas le fromage cela m'a limité les choix. Mais le pain perdu était juste délicieux avec un supplément crème ! Nous recommandons.
Had a nice variety of dishes & everything was amazing down to the fresh bread, homemade butter & homemade pickles they brought to the table. Salmon tartare was unique & delicious, same with the calamari. Service was great, straight to the point & the atmosphere was nice. I'll definitely be coming back to try some of the other dishes.

Server was very knowledgeable & helpful in deciding how much food to have to be still able to try as much as possible. Everything we had was delicious & really well made. Loved the relaxed rustic atmosphere.
Food is good, but not mind blowing good. I know it's brunch we're talking about, not a Michelin experience, but you know what I mean. The menu changes often so lots of choices. The waitresses were nice, didn't wait too long for the food even though it was a busy Sunday morning.
Nous nous sommes rendus dans ce restaurant pour un anniversaire & nous avons eu un choix de menus (des plats sélectionnés par nous & deux plats par le restau). Vous pouvez vous y rendre en groupe sur réservation !

Petits attentions ont fait de notre souper une très belle expérience. La confection des plats est clairement fait avec des ingrédients de qualités & surtout rien de préfabriqué.

Une soirée magnifique !
Nourriture excellente, nous avons pris en entrée le plateau de fromage & charcuterie, les calamars frits & en plats le bœuf & le porc. Le service était également parfait, notre serveuse venait de commencer il y a 4 jours & était aux petits soins.
Je recommande vivement, particulièrement les vins !!
Perfect brunch spot. Both pulled pork & braised beef egg sandwiches were mouthwatering & huge. French toast was some of the best I’ve had. I also liked their Bloody Caesar (a twist on Bloody Mary). Super friendly service, feels like you’re part of a family. Nice atmosphere inside. Will definitely be back.
Endroit magnifique. Service excellent. Nous avons pu gouter au tartare de boeuf & au tartare de saumon qui sont tous deux excellents. Les desserts sont aussi très bons. La carte change souvent ce qui permet d'y revenir souvent. Je recommande !
