Brunch menu is good & changes often with some variations on the restaurant's staples. We had the French toast & the pancakes. Food is tasty & portion is good for the price. Since menu is always changing & food is delicious, it's appealing for comebacks. We went on a weekday, & therefore avoided the crowds.
This is a nice gem hidden away in Sherbrooke, we came for breakfast / brunch, we made a reservation, it was worth booking as it got very busy very quickly. We had a look through the menu & weren't sure on what to get, we asked for recommendations & we weren't disappointed with what we chose. The naan bread, squash & broccoli & potato gratin with cauliflower were both great, we shared both the dishes & we were pleased with the flavours used. As a treat we also shared the French toast with clove flavoured caramel & this hit the spot after having all that savoury food. Overall a good experience & would recommend others to try the restaurant.

J'ai eu le plaisir d'organiser le party de Noël de mon entreprise avec La Fabrique pour un groupe d'environ 70 personnes. L'expérience a été exceptionnelle à tous égards : la communication préalable a été remarquable, le personnel s'est montré attentif à tous nos besoins. La qualité de la nourriture était excellente, & le service, même pour un groupe aussi important, était tout simplement remarquable. Je recommande vivement La Fabrique sans la moindre hésitation ! Un grand merci à tous les membres de La Fabrique pour avoir contribué à rendre cette soirée mémorable ! :)
Service was great & the vibes were nice, but the food was nothing outstanding. Everything tasted flat & kind of the same. Not sure what full leaves of baby spinach were adding to the dish...

Went for MTL a Table & we loved our experience. It was a 3 course menu. My wife & I took a different dish for each course to try as much as possible. All 6 plates were amazing. Well executed, good size portions, & very good quality. The service is just as good. We sat at the bar & the bartender was extremely friendly & attentive. This was on top of making all the drinks for the restaurant & waiting on a few tables. I would highly recommend.

We went for Brunch on Sunday & didn't have a reservation. We were lucky that they had space for 2 people at the bar. We ordered the same thing, the english muffin with pulled pork. Honestly pulled pork was very good but it was just pull pork, egg & muffin. I was hoping for a little freshness in there. The portion was good for the price. Only thing is my friend asked for hard boiled egg & never got it. I would like to come back for their dinner menu.
J'y suis allée dans le cadre de Montréal à table, avec quelques amis. Nous avons pris l'accord vin, ce qui était sublime c'est que chaque plat du menu venait avec son propre accord, avec des produits intéressants & différents. Service super, bonne bouffe, belle ambiance.
