J'ai tenté l'assiette d'oeufs, chili de veau, maïs & mozza de bufflonne pour déjeûner. On ne retrouvait pas les saveurs typiquement mexicaines d'un chili, c'était juste tomaté, tout au plus. J'ai trouvé quelques grains de maïs dans mon assiette & je ne me rappelle pas à quel moment j'ai perçu le goût d'une quelconque mozzarella. La cuisson des oeufs était réussie. Un plat qui manquait vraiment d'âme, hélas. Je découvre également en relisant l'item choisi qu'il intégrait une relish de patate douce. Bon... je n'en ai aucun souvenir non plus. C'eût été réussi avec une bonne recette de chili, des rondelles d'épi de maïs généreuses, pourquoi pas grillées avec du paprika fumé & nappées de beurre, un fromage plus corsé à pâte ferme qui en plus de bien se marier avec le plat aurait sûrement été d'avantage présent (la mozza de bufflonne n'est pas donnée), les jalapenos plutôt qu'en grosses rondelles fraîches qui vous envahissent rapidement le palais pourraient être hâchées, saumurées avec la coriandre ciselée à l'envoi style bruschetta par exemple (assiette manquant d'ailleurs de couleur). & pour finir, rendre les tortillas un peu plus disponibles au client qui souhaite s'en servir dans la tradition plutôt que comme support pour le dressage de l'assiette. Assez simple en mise en place. Bonne chance en tous cas!

I took my daughter & her friend for brunch & we loooved the ambiance at this spot. Charming. We each tried a different plate. I had the pancakes with a side of bacon - wow! I am normally not a "sweet" person & more of a "savory" but I saw a tiktok & had to try them - they came in a bed of applesauce that was spiced with cinnamon that made them just the right balance of sweet & savory. The bacon was thick & juicy. My daughter & her friend each had a sandwich - one pork & one brisket, they were both fantastic as well. My only small piece of feedback is the drip coffee was pretty week - I should have had an espresso.
We ordered salmon tartare, beef brisket & thick pancake. Everything was delicious & very good quantities. The service was very good & accommodating. Will definitely come back to try other items!

Wow! The brunch here lives up to expectations. After seeing several food vloggers & reading the reviews, we had high expectations & we're happy to report - those expectations were exceeded! I had the famous pancakes & my hubby the pulled pork focaccia sandwich - SO GOOD! Service also excellent. The weather was beautiful so we were able to sit out on the terrace today. Thank you for a fabulous start to our weekend!
Fantastic brunches with original offerings. You won't find your basic eggs benny here. They cater to food restrictions, service is very prompt & friendly.

Beau Brunch pour la Fête des mères. Accueil sympathique, joli décor & menu recherché. J'ai adoré le tartare d'espadon qui était épicé selon mon goût, mon mari a choisi lui le Paleron de boeuf. Ma fille pour sa part a mangé le plat assaisonné à l'indienne. Fait amusant, les 3 entrées étaient servies pour que tous les convives puissent se les partager. Dans une ambiance décontractée nous avons été servi par Marine qui a été aux petits soins avec nous. Nous reviendrons c'est certain ❤️
Very chic bistro with incredible food. Visited with girlfriends & everyone loved their meal. I was hesitant to order the pancake with the cheddar, but decided to trust the reviews & I'm so glad I did. It was amazing!
We read the amazing reviews & went to La Fabrique expecting a great brunch. The location itself is really good - it is a couple of minutes walk from Sherbrooke metro (orange line) & the neighboring streets are very walkable & cyclists-friendly too. There are some cute shops nearby & a park too. The service was efficient & staff was polite. They took our reservations by phone a few days before & our table was ready when we came on the day. The atmosphere was quite basic - nothing remarkable about it. Now, about the food, it was disappointing. The food was cold & tasted very ordinary. It was like taking individual random ingredients & just piling them up on top of each other, instead of really creating a blend of tastes that go well together & give a good overall result. Overall, nice staff & good location but, for us personally, the food is not worth the hype.
The food was amazing, we ordered the pancakes which were really good, not to sweet & the egg was poached perfectly. We also ordered the brisket sandwich which was delicious. The server was fantastic, we were tourists & he was very kind & patient with our lack of french, he spoke english perfectly & even spanish. Overall the experiencie was fantastic.

We had a small (10 people) baby shower here for our coworker & it was perfect! The staff was so attentive & helped us make a little area for the gifts & the food was delicious. Thank you!
Fort agréable! La bouffe & le service sont très bons! Mais contrairement à la croyance populaire, ce n'est pas un centre d'achat. Il n'y a pas de Zellers à l'intérieur.
Truly a proper French dining experience. Extremely professional kind & helpful staff, AMAZING food, wonderful drink selection & extensive wine options, reasonable prices for such high quality, great atmosphere & aesthetics inside. Delicious non alcoholic options. Highly recommend. Merci!
