Serieusement ont se sens presser de manger payer & partir quznd ont nous donne lheure de la prochaine reservation au momment de sasseoir en plus le menu est digne dun fast food au prix dun bon steak lendroit sapelle la belle & la boeuf mais ils vendent pas de steak de la bavette des cottes de pork des poutine des salades des burgers pis des nachos serieusement sa devrais sapeler la belle & la boeuf hacher le seul boeuf qui nest pas hacher ses un steak de bavette aucun rib steak ou t bone ou faux filet tres decus 80$ avec le tips pour une poutine deux boisson non alcoolisé & un entrer de deux mini burger 😅 decevant & je ne vais jamais y retourner belle bibliotheque par contre😅🤣

Nous avons mangé hier mercredi à 11 h 30, en couple, à La Belle & La Boeuf. Nous étions les premiers clients du midi & pourtant le service a été catastrophique du début à la fin.
La serveuse ne connaissait aucune promotion : ni les bières à 6 $, ni le smash burger à 10 $ (promo du mercredi). Elle ne savait pas non plus quel était le burger du jour & a dû aller demander.
J'ai commandé un menu du midi (burger du jour), mais j'ai dû argumenter & lui faire lire le menu pour obtenir la soupe incluse. Le breuvage inclus n'a jamais été servi.
Le pire : la facture.
Le smash burger a été facturé 22 $ au lieu de 10 $. Quand nous l'avons signalé, la serveuse a répondu que c'était parce qu'il y avait « deux boulettes », ce qui n'a jamais été précisé à la commande. & même ainsi, payer 12 $ de plus pour une galette, un mercredi, n'a aucun sens.
Résultat : plus de 100 $ pour deux personnes un midi en semaine, avec un service mal informé & fermé à toute discussion.
À cela s'ajoute une situation très désagréable : pendant l'attente du dessert, une odeur pestilentielle (trappes à graisse) a envahi le restaurant. Plusieurs clients se bouchaient le nez. Faire ce genre d'entretien en plein service du midi est tout simplement inacceptable.
Très mauvaise expérience. Nous ne retournerons pas dans cette succursale
Nick is not a bartender/server. Nick is a hospitality deity temporarily disguised as a man.
The way he moves behind the bar? Ballet. Precision. Poetry. Shaking cocktails like he's summoning ancient spirits (& they answer). I've had drinks before, but never a beverage that made me question my life choices in a good way. I ordered a''loot'' & received emotional closure.
He doesn't just take your order - he reads your aura. Rough day? He already knows. First date? He sets the vibe before you even sit down. Celebrating something? He's five steps ahead with the perfect recommendation like he curated the menu specifically for your character arc.
& the multitasking?? I watched this man run food, pour four drinks, split a bill six ways, comfort a crying girl in the corner, & still make eye contact like you were the only person in the room. I don't know if he's caffeinated or divinely appointed.
He remembers names. He remembers your usual. He remembers that you hate olives but will tolerate them if you're trying to be classy.
Five stars feels disrespectful. Michelin should invent a new category just for'Nick.' Yelp should simply redirect all searches to his shift schedule.
I came for a drink. I left with a renewed faith in humanity & a better understanding of what excellence looks like.

I booked a table a week in advance for my wife's birthday. The reserved table was placed right at the entrance to the restaurant, which is why I asked for another table. I was refused on the grounds that the other two available tables that were also reserved, were for a group of 8 people, which was just a lie. After 25 minutes, the two tables were occupied by people who did not know each other. I asked for a table in the bar area, but since my son is a minor, we were again refused, which is normal. However, it was not normal to see other minors in the bar area. Since it was my wife's birthday, I asked them to bring us a slice of cake with fireworks. Of course they forgot! Unprofessional. The rezervation was done on Open table web were i mentioned is for a anniversary.
Wings are good. Fries are brun soggy unappealing & nothing like on the pictures. Service is friendly but did not come with a satisfying solution or options for the bad fries. Overall the value for meal was not good.
Nous étions des habitués, mais la qualité a fortement baissé. Les recettes ont changé, les portions ont diminué & les prix ont augmenté. Dommage de voir un restaurant perdre son identité & sa constance. Nous ne reviendrons plus.
