The staff is not helpful at all; I mean, I went there & didn't really know how bubble tea works, so I said "it's the first time I'm choosing", & the employee said "it's okay". Seriously.. I've been to there 3 times, thinking that I'm the problem & I just need to choose a better drink, but honestly, I don't want to come back because it's not really clear which flavor goes with which toppings, juices & teas. I've ordered "strawberry Bublé tea" at another place & it was just amazing without any complications, maybe this place should add such choices, too, to take care about new customers; & definitely change the staff & hire friendlier people.
