Tout a commencé comme un rêve. Il y a vingt ans, nous avons débuté en vendant notre bubble tea au deuxième étage d'un immeuble au cœur du Chinatown de Montréal—d'où notre nom, L2. Nous avons agrandi notre menu, une boisson à la fois, élargi nos emplacements à travers la province du Québec, et bâti notre réputation pour un bubble tea de niveau supérieur.

The building they share with another establishment is disgusting, I heard from my friend the bathroom was particularly offensive.
This other'partner' has either inadequate ventilation, or is too cheap to run it; the moment you step in you'll be greeted with eye & throat irritation. (I think it's from the other business' deep fryer? Like acrid old oil, hard to describe)
However, the individual who received & fulfilled our order at L2 was very friendly & efficient. Full marks for her. But, unfortunately, due to their collaborative space, I can't justify more than 2 stars.
Plus their signage is really poor; we missed it 3 times in the evening because it's just a PVC banner; no illumination. Perhaps that was a clue we should've just kept driving.

Bubble tea tasted great. Pretty cheap as well. Happy with the purchase.

I called the store after having trouble with Uber, & one of the employees, Aja I believe was her name, went above & beyond to help me out. She was incredibly kind, patient & helpful throughout the whole process. Spectacular service. Very satisfied!
