Adorable little restaurant in the heart of the plateau, Krapow offers stunning Southeast Asian cuisine with friendly service & great ambience. So delicious! Great place for lunch, a date or special occasion. I've made large corporate orders with them for team lunches as well!

We found this little gem of a place walking around Mont Royal streets. The food is really good. The menu is small, yet everything is flavorful & freshly made. The chicken sambal was quite tasty & so is the Krapow beef. The staff is friendly.

My partner is a celiac so the gluten-free menu was what drew us here but the food was incredible. We shared the two beef dishes on the menu, including the signature Krapow Beef, & both were awesome. The baby bok choy that accompanied both dishes was also out of this world good. We plan to go back again this week before we leave Montreal. Delish!

So far I've only had the Chicken Sambal twice, but both times it was tasty & quite filling. I think the only complaint I have about it, is that while it's labeled as very spicy it's actually not spicy at all. But you can always request it to be spicier to your taste. My only actual issue with the place is that both times I went, flies were everywhere & constantly harassing you for your food.

Great food, Great Service. I ordered Poulet Sambal (chicken). I recommend it! Krapow is a delightful little restaurant that offers an intimate dining experience with only about six tables inside & an outdoor seating option. The space might be small, but the flavors are immense! The atmosphere is cozy, & the open kitchen allows you to watch the chef expertly prepare each dish fresh in front of you. It's impressive to see just one cook skillfully handle all the orders while maintaining high quality. The service is friendly & attentive, making you feel right at home. The portions are generous & reasonably priced, offering great value for money. Each dish is beautifully presented & packed with authentic flavors. The only minor downside is that a dish listed as spicy was actually mild, but that's a small issue in an otherwise fantastic dining experience. If you're looking for delicious Thai & Indonesian cuisine, Krapow is a must-visit!

Small, casual restaurant. Chairs weren't the most comfortable, but the service was excellent, & the open kitchen was clean & fun to observe. It's a very limited menu, but the food was delicious. The flavored sparkling coconut waters were a unique accompaniment.

Super restaurant. Anciennement c'était Tampopo un restaurant qu'on adorait aussi. Ils ont gardé l'esprit asiatique & chaleureux. Nous avons goûté le plat au boeuf haché avec le riz & l'oeuf : un pur délice! La bière au gingembre & au citron était aussi très bonne. La serveuse était très sympathique & nous a donné de l'eau pour notre chien! On reviendra certainement!

Krapow Montreal is like a little corner of Thailand right in the Plateau, perfect for anyone wanting to try some genuine Thai food. I've come to find the more I travel & experience different foods that the best restaurants have small menus. This usually means that the things they make are top notch. This is very true of this wonderful restaurant. The food is fresh, cooked to order & very flavorful without being over spiced. Highly recommended for a great plate of krapow in Montreal!
