Prix exhorbitant. 350 $ pour un diner Ridicule
Quand un restaurant n'affiche pas les prix de son menu c'est louche.
40$ pour un General Tao, 22$ pour une soupe Tonkinoise avec un peu de nouille de riz & du poulet. A eviter.
D'ici 1 an je prevois la fermeture de ce restaurant. En plus il te mette directement le pourboire de 18% sur la facture.
Sayed is the best server ever the food was amazing & he did a wonderful jo
$400 dinner that tasted & presented like a cheap side road diner. The steak was verrry chewy & when we mentioned it to the waiter he's reply was:'You should have chosen a more expensive steak'
What a ripoff. So if you're in the mood for a very expensive low grade food & completely lost your taste buds, this is the place.
The food & service was really great. Very decent price. Sushi always fresh. It's a nice & family oriented place.
Khan was super sweet to us & the sushis were super good ! Thanks !
Visiting Montreal for an extended weekend & asked around about a high-end, elegant Kosher eatery to reserve a table for dinner. I was directed to Chops Resto Bar, & it certainly did not disappoint. The staff were super friendly, super knowledgeable of all the items on that I can arguably say is one of the most comprehensive menus I've ever seen. The food came out quickly & was delicious in every way.
Chops does it in a right way. The sushi was impeccable-fresh, flavorful, & artfully presented. Every bite felt like a journey of taste & quality. On the other hand, the burger was massive & packed with juicy, perfectly seasoned ingredients. The portions were generous, & it was truly satisfying. The ambiance added to the experience-stylish & elegant yet comfortable. The fusion of these two cuisines was unique, & I've never experienced anything like this before. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience that combines the best of both worlds. 5/5 stars-can't wait to go back!
If you're looking for a kosher dining experience that encompasses a bit of everything, Chops on Queen Mary is worth a visit. This restaurant has carved out a niche in the Montreal dining scene with its extensive menu: full Chinese cuisine, a robust steak selection, & even an array of sushi. Not to mention, their homemade desserts add a sweet touch to the dining experience. One of Chops' standout features is its impressive wine list, arguably the best kosher selection in Montreal. The inclusion of a couple of non-mevushal options is an unusual & exciting find that adds a layer of sophistication for wine enthusiasts. However, while the variety is commendable, I did find the overall pricing a bit steep, especially considering the quality of certain dishes. The burger, for example, was underwhelming-nothing memorable, which is disappointing given the expectations set by the menu's range & the restaurant's ambiance.
