Dinner at Knot d asie had great expectations but unfortunately only great disapointment Have been to Japan several times & really great Asian Fusion restaurants in Vancouver & San Francisco but Knot tries to make plate presentation its centerpiece Their dishes although elaborate are very mediocre overpriced & small portions . The only dish that stood out the soft shell crab sushi. Sake was served luke warm & sent back to reheat The waiter was pleasant & tried his best

Trois de nos plats ne contenaient pas tout ce qui était décrit & un était froid. L'ambiance est belle mais il y avait trop d'air froid sur nous. Même la facture est partie au vent. Les sushis & le poke bol étaient très bons & la soupe aussi. Nous allons y sûrement y retourner espérant que le tout sera mieux rodé.
via LibroI would recommend waiting until they are more established before visiting. Some items on the menu were not available & the food we order was not the culinary experience advertised. The torched sushi was good, but underwhelming. The dim sum had good flavor but I also had 1 piece that was all fat. Overall, more refinement is require for the menu.

We were a group of five for the soft opening last night. It was Amazing! The sushi was so fresh & tasty & the dumplings were delicious! Same owners of Zento in Ile Perrot which has always been my favourite sushi spot.
Highly recommend!
