We came here for dinner the other night with a big group & we were very happy with our choice. The people were lovely & the food was good. Decent sized portions too. We came for a birthday & they treated her to a drink, appetizer & dessert! Will definitely come again next time we are in the area.
Real authentic Thai food. They were so warm & welcoming just like how it is in Thailand. Coming made me feel like i was back in Thailand again. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for some real Thai food. I had the papaya salad extra extra spicy 🥵 the chicken wings were nice & crispy. The pad thai was on point
Cuisine excellente, mais service a revoir. Une personne n'était toujours pas servi après 10 ou 15 minutes. Les 2 autres on attendu que leur plat se refroidisse.

Visited Montreal with my girlfriend for couple days & this is the only place we went to multiple times. Food was top notch, service was always friendly, if you like Thai food & don't come here it's unfortunate. We got the spice level above medium & asked for the spice powder on the side. We ordered the red & green curry, stir fried basil, & pad see ew. Absolutely cleared it up

Khao San Resto Thai has quickly become everyone in my family's favorite food to eat! The food is incredibly authentic - fresh ingredients, bold flavors, & just the right balance of spice. Every dish reminds me of being in Thailand! You can really tell there's a lot of heart behind everything they serve. If you're looking for real Thai food in Montreal, this is the spot. Highly recommend!
Service was warm & attentive, explaining differences between dishes to help us decide. The food had great flavor & also looked great. Chill vibe, will come again when I'm in Montreal next
The food was tasty. There is no doubt in that. However, for 50 dollars, I got something that was worth around 15, 20 to the max. Half a mango, less than a cup of sticky rice was 13$. Then,PANEANG was NOT worth 24 bucks (portion wise). 24 bucks is what you would pay for a high-end ENTRÉE. LOVED the flavors, but price is NOT worth it.
I would love to recommend Thai food here, it's very tasty & yum. Here is authentic Thai food, the owner of the restaurant has been very helpful & friendly with me as well. She made me spicy food as I requested as authentic Thai I never had it in Ottawa or Quebec
