La seule remarque est que j'avais l'impression de boire du café qui a été le jour d'avant. C'était un café presque froid. Un café accompagne bien un sandwich bagel bien fait. C'est triste que je n'ai pas pu apprécier mon sandwich avec la café.
Perfect Montreal-style bagles & fun to watch them making them. Good variety of fresh-made sandwiches, drip coffee, & take home options. Dill pickles cream cheese is the best!!

The bagels are unique to Montreal, the cream cheese seems generous & it feels pretty affordable to grab them. Lots of flavours & combinations to try. Wish they had more coffee. They do seem understaffed for the weekend & wait times can be a bit longer.
Split feelings, it was my first time visiting this place, super clean & not busy at all i was the only one in. Many people came but most order & leave. I got the breakfast bagle, never had a bagle that dry before. Took it in trio with some hashbrowns looking greassy things. Could not identify & taste was to much onions. Coffee was good, hot & strong. Not much info from this fast food place, try it out & see if you have a better experience.
Classic Montreal bagels, one has to assume, they are not like NY bagels & are delish. Hand rolled in front of you, the whole process is displayed, the boiling, the baking, the crafting of one's order. Not having any other reference point, one has to assume they might be an exemplar of the mythical Montreal bagel
I live in NJ so I have very high standards & very low expectations for bagels outside of the tristate area. I have to say these bagels impressed me. They are freshly made with a nice chewy inside & a crunchy fire grilled outside. The flavors were on point too. Bravo Kettlemans for making me believe in the Montréal style bagel.

9 times out of 10 it's really good. It has happened to me once that the bagel was hard & stale (at night). Usually it's really good & the price is very affordable. Just needs quality control when bagels are getting stale or old.
I'm giving a 3 stars because i'm normally very satisfied with the quality of products & the great service but was unfortunately disappointed this morning when I ordered the breakfast bagel egg, bacon & cheese sandwich only to arrive at work & open it up & see the egg is missing & also on regular sesame bagel when I had asked for poppy seed bagel.. needless to say it tasted quite dry without the most important ingredient, the egg!
First ever bagel in Montreal & it was a great experience! I have never had a bagel like this before & it was definitely worth getting one right before catching a Habs game! Highly recommended
La Nourriture est délicieuse , mais une chose ne fonctionne pas pour moi . Les employés ne parle que Anglais ne comprennent pas un mots français. Nous avons des lois & nous sommes sencer pouvoir ce faire servir en Français. Meme Fromage a la crème il ne le comprenne pas je crois que c'est la base quand on travaille dans un magasin de Bagel 😅
