J'ai voulu commander un bagel aux couleurs des canadiens avec du fromage à la crème… pour me faire dire par la demoiselle à la caisse qu'elle n'avait pas la touche dans son système & qu'elle n'avait pas le temps d'aller avertir la cuisine. Elle m'a ensuite supplié de choisir & autre chose & quand je lui ai dit que je ne prendrais rien, elle m'a répondu merci en poussant un soupir de soulagement?
Honestly, I could eat their bagels everyday for lunch & never get tired of it. I ordered their smoked salmon everything bagel & everything about it was perfect. The ingredients fresh, & the bagel itself fantastic -- the dough was so soft & the outside so crispy. Thank you for the great meal!
I've visited the Bell Center location several times. It's quite busy, & the products are excellent. I recently purchased six bagels, which were placed in a paper bag. No plastic bag was provided unless requested. I think offering a plastic bag automatically, as some competitors do, would be more convenient. Additionally, the thin plastic bag provided is hardly strong enough to hold the bagels; I suggest using a thicker mil bag. Other than that, the products are very good.
I came here on a Sunday right before a show at the Bell Centre. The place was busy but service was very fast. The menu has a good variety of choices. I found the tater tots very salty but everything was fresh. I would come back here again & try out other menu items.
Just outside Bell center, great place to grab Montreal style bagels at affordable prices. I've tried one order of Cheese & egg sandwich for breakfast & I ended up ordering 2 more :) ! YUM! YUM!
While you wait for your order getting ready, you can watch efficient bagel production lines & everyone behind the counter is working with smiles on, it's just great sight!
Super confused. It says 24 hours but I just walked in the restaurant & was turned away by someone sweeping & said they were closed. It's 1am on a Saturday?

I needed bagels to take back to Toronto & I didn't feel like trekking to St-Viateur or Fairmont, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste & quality...recommended.
Bagel was hard as a rock… worst thing is I told the employee it was my first time there…never going back … Thank you for the quick response, I think you need to overhaul your staff… they don't care & it shows.
