On s'est fait dire qu'on peut se presenter sans reservation… j'arrive 20 minutes plus tard, & à la porte le sécurité me dit qu'il faut une reservation 😂 Aucune comprehension de sa part, meme pas moyen de rentrer de rentrer parler à l'hôte.

Très bon restaurant mais sérieux il doivent exiger le dress code les gens vient mal habillé, sérieux il y a même des gens qui pue au restaurant ce pas possible 😢😢😢😢😢😢

Je vais souvent la bas. Si vous passez & que votre serveuse est Mélanie vous serai pas déçu. L'équipe est toujours l'écoute de votre demande & le patron aussi très aimable !!! Parfait pour vos soiree
I had really memorable & joyful expérience at kenza. I was served by Megane & Camilia, & the wonderful bartender Amy was also so lovely. I would definitely come again, & also the food is amazing.
Bonjour, On es parti hier soir pour un souper, puis la table était prête, a peine on est assise, la serveuse venait nous dire faut commander pour manger, elle nous a mit beaucoup de pression , puis on a commandé 3 plats différents, la bouffe était bonne mais la serveuse toujours reviens pour des questions c'est ça que j'ai pas aimé a la fin on a payé, la serveuse voulait un pourboire de 40$ quand même elle a abusé, puis je lui dit c'est a moi de choisir combien je vous donne ce n'est pas toi de décider , puisque ton service était pas assez, bref je suis déjà parti l'année passée c'était magnifique , mais cette fois je suis déçu de ce restaurant.

Bonjour ,On est venu hier à trois personnes. La nourriture était bonne, parfaite pour un souper. Par contre, une des serveuses nous a mis beaucoup de pression pour commander. Elle est venue trois fois à notre table alors que ça faisait même pas cinq minutes qu'on venait d'arriver. Je trouve que c'était un peu trop & même gênant! c'est à moi de dire quand je suis prête à commander !
Really nice place! The lady at the front always welcomes you with a big smile haha. I usually go on weekdays or a day before the weekend since it gets too crowded. Service depends on who's working, but overall it's great - & the shisha is on point

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Youstra at Kenza, & she truly made our entire dining experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile & genuine energy that set the tone for the evening.
Youstra was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing she anticipated our needs perfectly, gave great recommendations, & made sure everything came out just right. You could tell she genuinely cared about ensuring her guests were happy & comfortable. Her professionalism, friendliness, & attention to detail are unmatched.
It's rare to come across someone who combines such excellent service, personality, & passion for what they do, but Youstra embodies all of that & more. She made us feel like family, & because of her, we'll definitely be coming back to Kenza soon!
If you visit, ask for Youstra she's the definition of top-tier service
