What reviews say

Kem CoBa is widely celebrated as one of the best ice cream spots in Montreal, offering a delightful selection of artisanal gelato, sorbets, and unique soft serve swirls that change every two weeks. Visitors frequently praise the high quality, fresh ingredients, and vibrant, unconventional flavors like pandan, salted butter, and various fruity combinations. The atmosphere is often described as welcoming and community-focused, making it a favorite destination for both locals and tourists alike. While the popularity of the shop often results in long lines, guests consistently find the experience worth the wait. Patrons are advised to bring cash, as the establishment operates on a cash-only basis, but the exceptional taste and creative offerings ensure that it remains a must-visit destination for dessert lovers.

Great selection of ice cream.

The selection of the moment is always a great combo of flavors. Hard ice cream is also a very solid choice!

Pas trop sucrée & riche en goût, la soft serve dulce de leche & sorbet mangue était délicieuse. Avant d'y aller pensez à retirer de l'espèce car c'est cash only.

We were in Montreal for two days & we went to Kem Co Ba two times. We wanted to go more but we couldn't! The ice cream & sorbet was out of this world. Texture on the chocolate 72 was silky smooth. Simply the best.

Delicious & so refreshing. Love the variety of flavours. We tried the limited time blueberry honey & it was incredible. The Raspberry rose was divine & the pandan was very interesting! we will be going back to try more flavours the next time we visit the area.

Note that the establishment is cash only.

The line was kinda long, & moved slowly. Didn't know ahead of time that this place is cash only, so be prepared. The soft-serve 72% chocolate twist with framboise was delicious. Tried the hard praline first, & wasn't a big fan. Prices are reasonable.
