J'ai vraiment vécu une expérience de souper inoubliable. Tout ce qu'on a essayé sur le menu était excellent individuellement, mais ensemble, c'était un vrai festin de fine dining. Les Red Lobster Scallops étaient parfaitement cuits : légèrement caramélisés à l'extérieur, tendres à l'intérieur & très bien équilibrés. Le Chicken Liver & Foie Gras Mousse était incroyablement crémeux & riche, un entrée clairement haut de gamme.Les Coquilles St-Jacques, un classique français, étaient ici exécutées de façon très raffinée. Le Stuffed Chicken Wing était étonnamment savoureux, avec un bel équilibre entre croustillant & juteux. Les Crispy Potato Skins étaient simples, mais totalement addictives comme petit plat à partager.Comme plat principal, le Confit Arctic Char était une grande réussite : le poisson était incroyablement tendre & plein de saveur. Pour finir, on a pris un Strawberry Sundae, léger & rafraîchissant, une fin parfaite.On sent la qualité, la technique & le souci du détail dans chaque assiette. L'ambiance & le service viennent compléter parfaitement l'expérience. Du début à la fin, c'était un repas très équilibré & agréable.Je vais définitivement revenir.
Went for lunch & was expecting great food & service like Montreal Plaza… & my expectations were met & exceeded.
Lunch pricing & amazing wine selection made my catching up with my cousin a wonderful experience.
Much quieter than the big brother restaurant. Would go back for lunch many times.

I keep coming & I keep being impressed. Creative, original space. Very smooth & nice service. Food is very creative, fresh, uses local ingredients & everything is very very tasty. Absolutely love this place.
Le restaurant Juliette Plaza séduit dès l'entrée par un accueil chaleureux & un service irréprochable, qui mettent immédiatement à l'aise. Le décor, à la fois audacieux & soigneusement pensé, offre une expérience visuelle unique qui sort des sentiers battus. En cuisine, les plats sont savoureux & bien exécutés, témoignant d'un réel savoir-faire. Toutefois, l'enthousiasme retombe quelque peu à la vue des assiettes : les portions sont très minimalistes & manquent clairement d'accompagnements. C'est d'autant plus regrettable que la qualité gustative est bien au rendez-vous.
Yesterday's late lunch at Juliette Plaza was exactly what a perfect afternoon should feel like. Sitting there with my BFF, soaking in the warm light & easy atmosphere, everything just slowed down in the best way.
The space is effortlessly beautiful. bright, relaxed, & quietly stylish without trying too hard. Service felt natural & welcoming, & the food matched the mood: fresh, satisfying, & thoughtfully done.
One of those places where time stretches a little longer, conversations go deeper, & you leave already thinking about when to come back.
Je sais pas par ou commencer mais notre expérience a été exceptionnelle de A a Z. La nourriture était juste incroyable les portions sont petites ( mais tellement delicieuse ) ce qui invite à goûter plusieurs choses dans le menu. Nous avons été servis par Mél qui était vraiment professionelle & agréable tout le long ( elle aime ce qu'elle fait & ça se ressent ). La décoration, la vaisselle, l'atmosphère mais SURTOUT la bouffe etait juste incroyable ( j'avais l'impression d'être dans un rêve avec une cuisine si unique ) COUP DE.COEUR SUR L'OMBLE & LE CÔNE TARTARE.
