Inspired by his many travels, chef Vincent Desaulniers revisits with passion classic dishes combined with different flavors of the world. De la mise en bouche jusqu'au dessert, tous les plats étaient délicieux, parfaitement balancés, recherchés & complexes, une expérience gastronomique impeccable! Service extrêmement courtois & professionnel & un décor parfait, une très belle expérience que nous revivrons sous peu. Chapeau à l'équipe du Josephine!!

Service courtois & rapide. Le menu du midi est sobre, mais alléchant. Pour le prix (21$), ce menu, incluant une entrée & un plat principal (poissons, viandes, fruits de mer, etc.) est tout à fait exquis! Il faudra essayer en soirée, & je suis certain de ne pas être déçu!

Excellent repas. Nous étions un petit groupe d'amis & tous ont vraiment apprécié leurs plats. Entrée de pétoncles vraiment savoureuse. Un beau décor avec une belle luminosité. De plus, c'est facilement accessible.

La nourriture était fraîche, bien apprêté & délicieuse. Le service était impeccable. L'ambiance agréable, la musique était appropriée à un tête à tête, douce & discrète. J'ai apprécié l'appel pour vérifier mon bien-être suite à une allergie potentielle suite à un dessert qui contenait des noix. Je vais le recommander & surtout y retourner. Merci!

Drôle d'ambiance à priori, mais nous nous sommes régalées, brouillade d'oursin, huitres, 1/2 homard avec béchamel raffinée, salade d'asperges délicate & savoureuse, puis du flétan bien frais de Sept-Îles, franchement bon.
