Delicious food & a perfectly charming restaurant. We loved the chilled seafood platter & zucchini appetizers. My son loved the lobster ravioli & the mussels were tender.

Excellent seafood restaurant in the heart of the plateau.
The mussels are good.
The service & atmosphere are up to par.
A terrace that makes the street envy between Rue Saint-Denis & Duluth.
I highly recommend.
Unlimited mussels & fries on Tuesdays.

Lovely little restaurant with fresh seafood features & perfectly balanced cocktails at reasonable prices. Big thanks to the bartender Daniel for making me feel at home while traveling, I appreciated the conversation & great recommendations around town! I could see myself coming back here often! Can't wait to see Daniel featured on a famous bartending show 👍

Came by myself on a sunny Wednesday around 6pm-place was pretty empty so I got seated & served right away. Drink landed in just a few minutes, & my half seafood platter ($55) was on the table within 15. I also had their tequila cocktail ($16), which was a solid pairing.

The oysters were fresh & really good, though I wish there was more than one sauce option-they only serve them with a homemade jalapeno mignonette, which isn't my favorite. But then came the shrimp... absolutely insane. Easily the best shrimp I've had in recent memory. The salmon gravlax was super fresh, & the tuna tataki was delicious too.

Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but honestly, the quality of the ingredients makes it worth it.

My friends & I loved our dinner at Josephine so much that the next night, we skipped dessert at another restaurant to go back to Josephine for a post-dinner seafood snack! The seafood is so fresh & delicious, & the service & staff so friendly & welcoming. The dish we really wanted (the grilled lobster) had just been sold out, & the server was so amazing & friendly, joking with us about our feigned disappointment. A big highlight of our trip!
