Inspired by his many travels, chef Vincent Desaulniers revisits with passion classic dishes combined with different flavors of the world. Comme à l'habitude, la nourriture était fraîche & délicieuse. Le Chef use d'originalité dans ses ingrédients & ses présentations. Tout est confectionné sur place, jusqu'à de la poudre de poireaux comme décoration dans l'assiette. C'est mon restaurant préféré pour les fruits de mers

Tous les plats étaient délicieux, la cuisson des fruits de mer était impeccable & les saveurs en bonne quantité.nous y retournerons assurément. L'ambiance est intime, mais sans être trop sombre. Les service était très bon.

Ambiance cordiale, personnel attentif tout au long du repas, de la présentation des plats & des vins jusqu'à la fin. Tout était délicieux. Une expérience (covidienne!) agréable surtout qu'il y avait la pluie dehors & la chaleur à l'intérieur ! Nous retournerons !
