Inspired by his many travels, chef Vincent Desaulniers revisits with passion classic dishes combined with different flavors of the world. Si vous aimez les fruits de mer, c'est la place à réserver. À ne pas manquer le plateau de fruits de mer, toute une variété de produits de la mer . Les autres items du menu sont excellents, beaux & bons.

Très bonne soirée en terrasse au Joséphine. Le service était parfait & agréable. & comme d'habitude, nous avons adoré notre repas avec une mention spéciale pour le dessert du jour ( coco , mangue & riz gluant).

Mon amie & moi avons profité du forfait "Huitres à 1$ & Spritz à 5$" offert tous les vendredis & nous avons adoré notre expérience! Le décor & l'ambiance sont non seulement incroyables, mais le service offert fût impeccable. & que dire du repas ! Les huîtres étaient délicieuses, & nos deux plats était divins (tagliatelles aux champignons & homard ainsi que Pétoncles au choux-fleur, lardon & petits pois), nous en parlons encore. Définitivement un endroit où nous retournerons !
