Inspired by his many travels, chef Vincent Desaulniers revisits with passion classic dishes combined with different flavors of the world. Tout le menu est excellent, très bon goût & quantité des portions, les services très gentille est aculilente.

Par contre la musique trop fort & le style.peut être pas trop relaxante pour la dégustation de magnifique repas.

Cuisine raffinée, service agréable, cadre un peu décevant ( tables en bois pas très sophistiquées ) rapport qualité/prix plutôt moyen. Expérience au final quand même positive.

Aucun choix pour Prosecco par verre ni bouteille. La champagne est correct mais avec unenu de fruit de mère, le choix des bulles est extrêmement limité malheureusement. Très bon sinon.

Seule critique concerne la façon dont certains huitres ont étaient détachées de la coquille résultant en une huître déchiquetée qui est moins appétissant à l'oeil.
Malgré ceci le goût & fraîcheur était très bon
Les moules du jour étaient excellentes !
