Inspired by his many travels, chef Vincent Desaulniers revisits with passion classic dishes combined with different flavors of the world. Tres joli restaurant, belle décoration, service impeccable, notre serveur était très sympathique & connaissait son menu sur le bout des doigts.

Un des meilleurs restaurant du Plateau Mont Royal. FORMIDABLE pour une "date" en amoureux ou en petits groupes d'amis. Je recommande fortement. Autant la qualité de la bouffe que l'attention "nec plus ultra" du service rendront votre soirée agréable.

Superbe service, nous avons pris les boulettes de risottos frites avec sauce à l'aneth, un tartare de mahi mahi en entrée dont la texture & le goût, avec la sauce d'épinard, étaient à tomber, ainsi que l'entrée de champignons avec bacon & noisette qui fondait dans la bouche & était délicieux.
Comme plat principal, les moules selon l'inspiration du chef relevée d'un piment (je ne me rappelle plus du nom, mais juste assez pour être goûteux sans être trop fort) avec crème, vin blanc & oignons, ainsi que l'assiette de tagliatelles au homard (oui, prenez l'extra homard vous ne serez pas déçu!!) étaient SUCCULENTS.
L'ambiance était parfaite, pas trop bruyante mais vivante, & le dessert de chocolat, noisette & piment d'espelette était parfait pour terminer la soirée en douceur avec des saveurs merveilleuses!

Merci pour cette première soirée au restaurant de 2022 qui a été une réussite du début à la fin. Si nous pouvions tous manger aussi bien chaque jour, ce serait un grand pas en avant contre la dépression!

L'accueil, la carte & le service sont corrects. Nos assiettes furent rapidement vidées & le vin choisi également. Nous sommes reparti le coeur content & l'estomac plein. N'oubliez pas votre portable pour pouvoir lire les menus car l'éclairage est timide.
