Inspired by his many travels, chef Vincent Desaulniers revisits with passion classic dishes combined with different flavors of the world. Cuisine douce & onctueuse bien équilibrée. Risotto au homard très bon! Les pleurotes aussi excellentes! Les calmars frits: bons mais ordinaires. Dessert: trop de mélanges de saveurs pas trop raffiné! Mais tout est appréciable & je recommande ce resto convivial.

Très chouette option sur St-Denis. Service sympathique & efficace & bouffe bien faite & vins bien choisis. Un rosé de plus sur la liste au verre ne serait pas de trop.

Very nicely prepared appetizers & mains. Black cod special with orange glaze sublime, lobster risotto spot on & the mussels very flavorful. Bartender knows what he is doing & great, very attentive service. Thanks for a delicious meal.

Un peu de déception! Nous avons mangé à plusieurs reprises chez Joséphine & nous sommes toujours régalés. Cette dernière expérience n'a pas été concluante! Cuisson inégale & non maîtrisée de la morue & légumes trop beurrés! Malgré un service charmant & une terrasse très agréable.
