Inspired by his many travels, chef Vincent Desaulniers revisits with passion classic dishes combined with different flavors of the world. Excellent resto sur toute la ligne. Les plats étaient savoureux & de haute qualité. Une belle ambiance & un service impeccable. En plus, il s'agit d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. On y retournera, assurément.

Le plateau de fruits de mer était excellent ainsi que le risotto au homard mais le spaghetti aux palourdes était très moyen. Certains plats valent leur prix & d'autres non. Les vins au verre étaient médiocres & chers (p. ex., le vin orange & le vin rouge italien). Le service est correct mais les serveurs/serveuses manquent de raffinement.... trop de familiarité avec les clients.

Pas convaincue par le menu Saint Valentin. Beaucoup trop coûteux & décevant face à la qualité & la finesse que le Joséphine est capable de présenter dans l'assiette.

Excellente cuisine & très bon service ! Nous avons pris le menu de la St-Valentin avec l'accord vin & le 4e service. Tout était parfait & délicieux. Nous y retournerons très certainement pour découvrir les plats de la carte régulière. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe du restaurant !
