Inspired by his many travels, chef Vincent Desaulniers revisits with passion classic dishes combined with different flavors of the world. Cadre excellent & service hors pair avec un staff qui s'y connait. Nous avons fait le deplacement du dehors de la ville & cela a valu la peine. Un MERCI particulier a notre serveur Bastien a.k.a. Maxime.

Plat de pâtes & homard: trop salé & aillé. Les quelques petits dés de homard ne goûtaient rien tant la sauce était présente.

I really loved the cuisine & atmosphere here. First off, terrific service. I never had to look up to ask for something. If my server Jess was busy, one of her colleagues was at my service. Loved the fresh oysters, salmon tartare, the lamb & shrimps & the lemon meringue,

Restaurant incroyable ! J'y étais avec mon copain pour son anniversaire le 10 mai & on s'est fait servir par une serveuse très expérimenté puisqu'elle nous a avoué que c'étais seulement son deuxième shift. Sans cette révélation on s'en serait pas douté ! La déco étais très épuré & sophistiqué. Les huitres étais à seulement 1$ (On en a pris 36 ^^) Les plats étaient délicieux ! C'étais une belle expérience, on y retournera certainement !
