Inspired by his many travels, chef Vincent Desaulniers revisits with passion classic dishes combined with different flavors of the world. Thomas à été fantastique! Service impeccable! Grâce à lui, nous avons passé une belle soirée. Souriant, professionnel & sympathique.

Bonjour, le service & l'endroit étaient parfait. Il y avait beaucoup de coquilles dans nos huîtres. Le "ceviche" était en fait un sashimi, pour un restaurant de poisson c'est étrange comme erreur.. la Rillette de maquereau était bonne & finalement les calmars était fade & pas assez croustillants. Nous n'y retournerons pas.

Nous avons découvert le Joséphine hier soir. L'endroit est joli, le service était parfait. Nous avons pris des huîtres qui étaient bonnes mais remplies d'écailles (ordinaire pour un resto de fruits de mer). Les oursins étaient délicieux. Pour les plats, nous avons été très déçues par les calmars (panure sans goût, plus ou moins croustillantes), le ceviche qui était en fait un sashimi (comment on se trompe?!). La terrine de maquereau était bonne. J'y retournerais pour des huîtres en spécial, mais en même temps, il y a d'autres endroits équivalents pour cela.

Service sympathique & professionnel, un peu lent & beaucoup de temps entre chaque visite de notre serveuse.

La sonorisation est mauvaise, très bruyant malgré une clientèle plutôt calme. Difficile d'entendre la serveuse décliner le menu.

Malgré tout super soirée, nourriture top!

C'était vraiment délicieux... mais il y avait vraiment plus de moules non ouvertes que d'habitude dans le plat, hélas... On nous a gentiment proposé d'autres moules, ce qui est très apprécié.

C'était une première fois pour nous & nous avons été agréablement surpris ! Dès le début, l'ambiance ainsi que le service étaient chaleureux. Nous avons adoré notre serveuse, très à l'écoute de nos besoins, souriante, joviale & bienveillante. Elle a su nous expliquer la carte avec brio & nous proposait plusieurs options afin de satisfaire nos envies. La nourriture était bonne & les portions étaient satisfaisantes. Je recommande fortement Josephine !
