Inspired by his many travels, chef Vincent Desaulniers revisits with passion classic dishes combined with different flavors of the world. Cuisine recherchée. Bon produits. Le dimanche, le vin & les bulles sont à moitié prix.

Le pain n'est pas compris. Je n'avais encore jamais vu ça dans un restaurant de fruits de mer. Dommage.

Ambiance cordiale, personnel attentif tout au long du repas, de la présentation des plats & des vins jusqu'à la fin. Tout était délicieux. Une expérience (covidienne!) agréable surtout qu'il y avait la pluie dehors & la chaleur à l'intérieur ! Nous retournerons !

On était un groupe de 3. On a directement été accueillis par ce que je dirai qui était le gérant ou un très bon serveur, on nous a placés dehors sur la terrasse. On était venus pour le mardi moules à volonté. Le premier service était un peu plus long, mais il y avait une bonne quantité de personnes au resto qui commandait toutes la même chose donc c'est normal, deuxième & troisième service très rapides. On a pris les 2 sortes de moules, celles à sauce Arabiata étaient exceptionnelles. On a aussi pris des bouteilles de vin Alentejo, Portugais, très bon!
Ce que j'ai aimé le plus de l'expérience était le service du gérant ou la personne responsable, il prenait le temps de parler à chaque table, tout expliquer, faire un peu de conversation & vraiment conseiller tout le monde. Chapeau! On reviendra chez Joséphine, c'est garanti!

Nous sommes allés dans le cadre de Montréal en lumière. Les plats étaient succulents & l'accord.mets-vin de la sommelière quasi-impeccable. Un très bon resto qui souffre cependant de sa déco qui amplifie à outrance le bruit.
