Inspired by his many travels, chef Vincent Desaulniers revisits with passion classic dishes combined with different flavors of the world. Bien que l'accueil laissait à désirer; aucune mention du vestiaire & à peine un sourire, le repas était excellent. L'entrée de pieuvre était délicieuse avec son accompagnement de salade de pommes de terre & les champignons frits. Miam! La suite de pétoncles & pâtes tout aussi délicieuse avec un beau mélange des saveurs. Au dessert, petite déception avec le pain perdu, en effet, les figues annoncées sur le menu ont étés remplacées par des chips de betterave, malheureusement non mentionné par notre serveuse. Au final un bon repas avec des fruits de mers bien apprêtés & frais.

Service impeccable de Josée & de la sommelière. Pieuvre & sardines exquises. Flanc de porc à la perfection. Dessert au chocolat - & glace bière noire - 5 étoiles. Ambiance chaleureuse & musique modérée, majoritairement française. Accord mets-vins approprié. Bref, 4 12 étoiles pour l'ensemble.

Les tables sont bien espacés, la musique pas trop fort, le service est parfait & que dire de la bouffe, juste WOW
De l'entrée au dessert, c'était tout simplement succulent, j'y retourne sans hésite

De la mise en bouche jusqu'au dessert, tous les plats étaient délicieux, parfaitement balancés, recherchés & complexes, une expérience gastronomique impeccable! Service extrêmement courtois & professionnel & un décor parfait, une très belle expérience que nous revivrons sous peu. Chapeau à l'équipe du Josephine!!

La nourriture était fraîche, bien apprêté & délicieuse. Le service était impeccable. L'ambiance agréable, la musique était appropriée à un tête à tête, douce & discrète. J'ai apprécié l'appel pour vérifier mon bien-être suite à une allergie potentielle suite à un dessert qui contenait des noix. Je vais le recommander & surtout y retourner. Merci!
