I find the quality started going down but the price stayed the same. For how much they charge, I would expect better quality. We had ordered from them twice in the span of maybe à month or so & the difference was dissapointing.Voir plus

I placed an order for delivery directly via their website & paid for my order directly online. Two minutes later, the restaurant called me & questioned why I did not leave a tip for the driver online when I paid for the order. Who does that !? I usually tip the delivery drivers in cash, but the fact that they actually called me & made assumptions is very unprofessional & made me feel like I did something wrong. The food was ok (poutine needed more gravy) but my whole experience was ruined when the restaurant called me to complain about why I did not include the tip with the online payment. The restaurant has no business in the method of tipping the driver!Voir plus

First, I cannot write this review without saying the Fries are the worst I have ever attempted to eat. We had to throw them out. They refry old fries to warm them up. Also delivery is SUPER slow so expect at least an hour for a delivery of just one pizza. Called the restaurant to see the hold up & owner said' y'a y'a we have your order, don't worry it's coming'. Is that suppose to reassure my kids still waiting for supper ? Even the delivery guy was rude !!! Unbelievable ! Never ordering there again, guaranteed !
