Portion too small
Food was great but the price is way to high compared to the quality of the dish
Spent close to 350$ for 2 & was not full after eating 5 dishes!

J'ai aimé l'ambiance du restaurant & l'espace entre les tables qui permet d'avoir une bonne intimité. Le service était correct, gentil & courtois mais un peu pressé. Mon plat, le homard tempura, manquait malheureusement de finesse, en tenant compte que le prix de l'assiette était assez élevé. Nous sommes tristement sortie un peu déçu de l'expérience.

J'avais laissé un message dans ma réservation que nous y étions pour un anniversaire de mariage. On ne m'a pas offert de la souligner. Pour le service, serveuse très bonne, mais le garçon d'eau venait remplir nos verres fréquemment, ce qui n'est pas mal mais c'est plutôt la
Façon qu'il s'y prenait. Il arrivait subitement sans avertissement & sans demander entre ma femme & moi. Ça m'a agacé de me faire interrompre. Je crois qu'il pourrait arriver plus lentement & s'informer si on veut faire remplir nos verres. La nourriture est excellente & l'ambiance feutrée agréable.

The perfect restaurant in my opinion. We arrived early to our reservation but were still seated almost immediately. The service started off very good & continued that way meeting many expectations. All of the food we had was fantastic & could tell was thoroughly thought out. Nothing lacked flavor & was impressive presentation wise as well. The standout for us was the Blondie dessert. It was phenomenal & by far the best dessert I have had while out to eat. I've been out to eat at numerous restaurants in many different cities but Jatoba was one of the best. I will definitely be returning soon when I visit the city next & will be bringing friends & family as well in future trips. Well done Jatoba!

Exquisitely romantic! The food was divine. The dumplings & scallops are a must try. The blondie dessert was sensational, I have never had such an amazing dessert at a Japanese restaurant before. The grilled calamari was lovely but I would not order it again.
