Everything was perfect the only reason it's a 4star & not a 5 is because the cumin spiced lamb was way to salty & bitter because of the amount of cumin they did put in the lamb & I was not able to finish the dish after 2bites. But other then that everything was great would highly recommend .
Un des plus grand restaurant de Montréal ! Le meilleur Japonais sans aucun doute. C'était une expérience culinaire du début à la fin. Service impeccable & très chaleureux. Le restaurant est magnifique & les assiettes aussi. N'hésitez pas à donner carte blanche au serveur vous je le regretterez pas, ça vaut le prix !
The food was superb, & we were treated to a culinary masterpiece. The ginger lobster was divine, & the caviar wagyu dumplings were the single best dumplings I have ever had in my life. The service was excellent, with the perfect balance of attentive & interactive. The head chef, Olivier, was incredibly personable, & we will most definitely come back again.
