Depuis plus de 30 ans, Le Jardin Nelson est l'endroit à ne pas manquer lors d'un passage dans le Vieux-Montréal. Ce restaurant a été nommé ainsi en l'honneur du Dr Wolfred Nelson, patriote de la rébellion de 1837, et neuvième maire de Montréal. L'immense terrasse extérieure pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 500 personnes se situe en plein cœur d'une vaste cour de style jardin méditerranéen. La multitude de fleurs et d'arbustes florissants, méticuleusement entretenus, ajoute une touche de vivacité et de dynamisme à l'endroit.

En famille, un samedi midi nous sommes venus déjeuner. L'accueil est sympathique. Le restaurant dispose de plusieurs terrasses extérieures qui donne un apsect un peu guinguette. Les plats sont bons & copieux ( sandwich au homard ). L'addition est un peu salé, mais le cadre & l'ambiance le vaut bien. De plus nous avons eu droit à un concert en live fort agréable. Great spot with an awesome vibe in the back patio. My pork crepe was awesome. They also had Rabaska cidre which was very refreshing. The cherry on top was the fact that they had live music on a Sunday at 2pm. Truly lovely experience.Voir plus
