Depuis plus de 30 ans, Le Jardin Nelson est l'endroit à ne pas manquer lors d'un passage dans le Vieux-Montréal. Ce restaurant a été nommé ainsi en l'honneur du Dr Wolfred Nelson, patriote de la rébellion de 1837, et neuvième maire de Montréal. L'immense terrasse extérieure pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 500 personnes se situe en plein cœur d'une vaste cour de style jardin méditerranéen. La multitude de fleurs et d'arbustes florissants, méticuleusement entretenus, ajoute une touche de vivacité et de dynamisme à l'endroit.

The restaurant is very nice if you sit in the back. They have live band playing jazz. The crepes are delicious. All meals came out quick but the dessert (pouding chomeur) took forever to come to the table, but it was worth the wait.Voir plus

The food was amazing, the ambiance was fantastic & we had the lemon ice cream dessert that was definitely one of the best desserts we've had. We highly recommend Jardin Nelson!

It feels like being indoors & outdoors at the same time with a large tree in the midst of the dining space, flowers hanging from the stone walls, & a jazz duo playing softly the background. The service is friendly & prompt & the menu offers a delicious variety of items from appetiizers to pizzas to their famous crepes.
